Really good hotel!

Excellent location near Leidseplein. Rooms are very small. I could not open my suitcase in the room. Reception is slow and no flexibility to get room before 3 pm. They check you in upon arrival but you do not get the room until 3 pm. You have to stand in line twice and they are only 2 at reception and everything takes time. Rooms are clean and very well equipped.

Such a nice place to stay especially for vacation since it's near to the town.

Just wow , first time at the Hard rock Amsterdam but will not be the last . Great part of town lots of restaurants and bars and easy walk to centre . The room are luxurious and I believe all different . The staff are so friendly . Clean good value and and amazing breakfast . Would recommend

Only shampoo, it would be better if there are hair care products 👌. Uber does not have a hotel location to make an appointment in front of the hotel. I don’t know why? Just return to the hotel. If you want to call for a taxi, go to the NH or Marriott Hotel opposite. The breakfast restaurant is very comfortable and the food is simple and sufficient😌

It is not small, but there is a step on the way from the entrance to the inside. I always get stuck when walking... The hotel is old, the room is big but the bed is right at the door, the bathroom is big and there is a balcony. The front desk service is good, and the city tax in Amsterdam is almost the highest in the EU. Convenient transportation, it takes no more than 30 minutes to walk from Amsterdam Central Station to the hotel, and more than 10 minutes by bus. It is a 10-minute walk from the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum.

The location of the hotel is very good. My room has a balcony. It's close to the intersection. My colleague's room doesn't face the street, so it's very quiet. My room was a bit noisy. Everything else is perfect. A big mosquito flew in and asked the waiter to deal with it.

The check-in process is normal, the location is very good, and there is a casino next door. The room decoration is relatively retro, the building is very beautiful, downstairs is the hardrock cafe, and the next street is separated from the restaurant. Hardrock, which focuses on music, is very good in detail processing, from the welcome message at the entrance to the equipped audio system, to the soundtrack for the shower, everything is considered, very considerate, there is a small river outside the window, the environment is beautiful and the scenery is pleasant 😁
