Holiday Inn Express Hotels in Amsterdam

I gave the service a 4star because we needed our room cleaned and had come back to it still not done at almost 4pm, We phoned the reception repeatedly but nobody picked up and nobody returned the call either. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory.

All Holiday Inn properties generally look quite similar, and there's a certain sense of reassurance and predictability that comes with such a standardized chain. A notable perk: upon check-in, we were informed that if we chose to forgo daily housekeeping (for cost-saving and environmental reasons), the hotel would provide two complimentary drinks per room each day. This quickly became our group's evening highlight – a fun 'happy hour' with adults enjoying alcoholic beverages and the kids having soft drinks!

The location was excellent—convenient and close to everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-situated place to stay

The hotel is located next to the canal, about a ten-minute drive from Amsterdam Train Station. The front desk upgraded me to a river view room for free when I checked in. The hotel breakfast requires a reservation for a time slot because the breakfast restaurant is relatively small.

Saya sangat suka tinggal di hotel ini. All staff is friendly especially Guliana. She always helpful and make sure my travelling at amsterdam make me fell happy. I will come back here with my family. Cozy and calm place.

Well-known chain hotel, with all the necessary facilities. The hotel is very quiet, with a public parking lot downstairs, free from 7pm to 9am. Breakfast is OK, mainly sausage and some bread. Toothpaste and toothbrush are not given directly after asking at the front desk. The main disadvantage is that the pillow is high and hard
