"During our first round trip to Kazakhstan, we stayed at the hotel for seven nights, moving between four different rooms. Although this particular room was a standard one, we found it to be the best of the bunch. Perhaps the kind staff member at the front desk gave us a bit of special treatment. The large bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and it even offered a mountain view. The enclosed shower stall was, without exaggeration, the best we've ever used – not a single drop of water leaked out! When we requested boiled water, the front desk staff immediately arranged for a kettle to be sent to our room. The service was truly excellent and satisfying! We had a 10 PM flight, and we were able to comfortably relax and use our phones for the entire afternoon at the hotel lobby's coffee area. This further reinforced our impression of the hotel's great service. The front desk even assisted us in booking a taxi online for our trip to the airport, which saved us a considerable amount. Overall, the hotel left us with a truly wonderful impression!"

"The hotel is quite new, and its facilities are excellent. They've thought of everything, like plenty of charging outlets and bedside lamp switches on both sides, which are incredibly convenient. While it doesn't boast extravagance, it's incredibly comfortable. What's more, its central location makes dining incredibly convenient. Highly recommended."

"The breakfast spread was quite varied, and the restaurant manager was very welcoming, greeting guests daily. The room was a bit small; with the sofa bed extended, there wasn't enough space to lay two suitcases flat. There's a shopping mall directly opposite the hotel, offering restaurants and burger places that stay open quite late. However, the hotel itself is located on a slight incline, and there's no sidewalk when crossing the road, so guests need to exercise caution."

"Located at Gogol Street with lots of offerings around, super easy to get anything you want. Hotel is old but very well maintained, tip top cleanliness. Breakfast was great too, definitely recommend to anyone whom love to experience authentic Kazakh’s hospitality (which means, less friendly compare to SEA but i guess thats the Kazakh’s way)"

"Walking distance from the main shopping street with indoor swimming, sauna and steam room facilities. Unfortunately the gym equipment is not working so you can only use the treadmill and dumbells for weights."

"This is my second time staying at Ibis for a business trip. The location is excellent, right across from a shopping mall, and it offers good value for money. The decor provides a cozy and stylish atmosphere. Plus, there's a free, unlimited supply of hot and cold drinking water available in the corridor, which is incredibly convenient."

"Highly recommended. This apartment has a very stylish feel, is new, and fully equipped. It comes with a refrigerator, washing machine, and microwave, and is only a seven- to eight-minute walk to Mega Mall. I noticed very few Chinese people staying here, so I really don't recommend staying in a Chinese hotel. This kind of local apartment offers a unique experience."

"AQ Minisuites have a great setup and amenities. Beds are soft too. It’s a comfortable dungeon. Friendly and helpful staff. But I struggled to sleep because the walls were paper thin and the capsule room temperature was a bit hot (admittedly I didn’t ask if it could be changed). Since the room itself and sleep quality are the most important things in a stay for me. So at that price the value isn’t there until the walls around the capsules and ventilation gets more investment."

"My stay at MuTu hotel was absolutely fantastic! The interior design is modern yet cozy with beautiful attention to detail. The living space features comfortable purple sofas and elegant sheer curtains that let in plenty of natural light. The dining area is stunning with a large dining table, stylish chairs, and thoughtful plant decorations that add a touch of nature indoors. What really impressed me was the kitchen - it has gorgeous colorful mosaic tile backsplash that gives a vibrant personality to the space, contrasting beautifully with the two-tone cabinetry (dark and wood finish). Everything was immaculately clean and well-organized. The staircase area with its contrasting dark and white railings shows the careful design elements throughout the property. The light pink/beige walls create a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout. The owner is an incredibly kind Chinese gentleman who goes above and beyond to assist guests with anything they might need. His hospitality made the stay even more special. If you're looking for a beautifully designed, comfortable place with excellent service, MuTu hotel is definitely worth booking!"

"The hotel is 20 minutes by taxi from the bus station. The bus station is right at the door, so it is very convenient to go anywhere. There are many convenience stores downstairs. The room is very clean and the air conditioning is very powerful. Although the room is not very big, it is fully equipped. Everything is brand new and newly opened in 2025. The landlord is a pair of handsome Chinese men and beautiful women. They are very hospitable and helped us get a taxi. They also showed us how to get to the attractions and how to take the bus, so that we had a lot of fun and didn't have to take a taxi. It also saved a lot of money. It is recommended that Chinese friends come to Kazakhstan to stay at the first choice. My mother is very satisfied with the stay. I wish the owner a prosperous business, a lot of money, and a safe life. I will patronize it next time I go to Kazakhstan. It is highly recommended"
