- Hotel condition is new - 7-10min walking distance to anywhere within Ginza - Front Desk / Concierge were not willing to spend time to make Dining Reservations for guests even they were not busy - Housekeeping service was inconsistent, requested to change bedding daily, but at the end, the bedding was not changed every other day neither

Great location and hotel is modern new and clean with friendly service. Rooms look spacious in photos but best to pick the larger options if travelling with kids and luggage.
