**Title:** Warning About Poor Hotel Service and Damaged Laundry From **April 20 to 28, 2025**, we stayed at this hotel **for eight consecutive days**, booking **four rooms daily**. One of my garments, which had **never been worn**, was **ruined during its first dry-cleaning service** at the hotel. Additionally, a friend traveling with us had another piece of clothing **shrink during its second dry-cleaning**. Initially, the hotel **promised to resolve the issue** and provide a response. However, **after we checked out**, they **refused any compensation**, completely **ignored the problem**, and displayed **extremely poor customer service**. **To all business travelers and tourists visiting Almaty:** **Avoid this hotel at all costs!** **Заголовок:** Предупреждение о плохом обслуживании в отеле и испорченной химчистке С **20 по 28 апреля 2025 года** мы проживали в этом отеле **восемь дней подряд**, ежедневно бронируя **четыре номера**. Clean hotel, but dull and dark. Services are okay.

First room was smell bad of smoke even though my booking was non smoking room . They gave me other room was good after i complained. I think hotels used to give worst room who booked through trip.com . It happened in my previous trip in Bali.

The room is surprisingly big, and the 1.8m big bed looks small in the room. It's too far to watch TV when lying on the bed 😂 It also has a small balcony.
