The air conditioning was faulty and not functioning properly, but the food was good and the pool was enjoyable. The staff were kind and welcoming, although they asked numerous questions about where we went and when we planned to return. People outside the premises, however, appeared hostile and showed little respect.

Had a brilliant stay at the hotel. Lots of entertainment, rooms cleaned every day. Staff made the stay great and especially one of the pool staff Ulukan!! He was brilliant, always helpful and he made our experience 10x better. He is a very hard working and takes lots of pride within his job. Big shout out to Ulukan, thank you!

Really nice hotel. Food was much better then expected. Waiters, lifeguards and guest relations are super. 5 stars. Elevators can be a bit confusing, but all in all, fantastic. Animation team is also great. We would go there again. Many supermarkeds close to the hotel.

A special thank-you goes to Seda, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional throughout our vacation. She greeted us warmly at check-in and handled everything quickly and smoothly. When we had a small request regarding our room, Seda immediately helped and found the perfect solution. Every time we needed assistance, she was there with a smile and a helpful attitude. Seda also gave us useful tips about local attractions and explained the hotel’s services clearly. Thanks to her, we felt comfortable, well-informed, and very welcome during our entire stay. The hotel is already great, but Seda’s exceptional service and hospitality were what truly made the difference. We would definitely consider coming back just because of her wonderful support. Room Is nice such a beautiful sea view from the balcony everyday, bedding is changed every 2nd day . Staff are all friendly Food is OK.

We were extremely pleased with the reception team during our stay at Diamond Hill Resort. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and professionalism. Our check-in process was quick and smooth. The staff at the reception were very helpful with everything, Thank you for your help Seda and Elif. from our room request to providing detailed information about places to visit nearby. They were always polite and solution-oriented. Even during late hours, they were attentive and responsive, which we truly appreciated.

Me, my mom and my sis came to this hotel at the end of may and we really like hotels atmosphere, especially the pool floor and service. When we first came the reception took good care of us. My mother liked the girl who named Seda because of her attention. Me and my sister liked the entertainment venues more and really had fun and enjoyed it. Our second visit to Antalya and this hotel was really good. (English is not my native language sorry if im wrong)

Our stay at Diamond Hill Resort Hotel was truly unforgettable. The view from the hotel is stunning, especially waking up to the sea view from our room—it was an incredible way to start the day. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always attentive to our needs. Thanks for everything Mrs SEDA. The food was delicious and varied, with the dinner buffet and desserts being our favorites. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, and the hotel’s proximity to the sea was a big plus.

Excellent! Well organised and planned, great communication, lovely people, a great balance of activities, wonderful food, beautiful location… We loved everything about the holiday and are leaving with many happy memories. We hope to be back in future!👙

I had a great experience. My family vacate here every year for the last 5 years. The beach is only 2 minutes away. Restaurant and the food is perfect. It seems like we are in super luxurious hotel. Also every night is different theme and super fun. Room cleaners are regular every day. There is also a mini bar which is included in the price and the room keeper fills it every day. Manager Hussein and Margarita, who is guest relation manager,are really nice and they welcome us always with the smile. All staff in general is super friendly and always smile. We feel like we re in a second home. I brought all my family this year and everyone is super happy. We love Diamond Hill ♥️

From the beginning, till the end of our vacation, we were pleased with all services of Diamond Hill Resort&Spa. Approach of staff, cleanliness of rooms/pools, food and entertainment were perfect. I will definitely visit again as soon as I can.
