Zara Continental Hotel Reviews

I had been to this property twice several years ago and marked it in my favourite when visiting Al Khobar city, however this time was different. I was disappointed somehow. When I checked in to the first suite, the room door didn't lock and the TV half of the 12 channels displayed fuzzy pictures, you can tel in the photos I posted with this review. So I requested another suite and they managed to offer me one. I checked in the second one and the same issue about the TV channels. I noticed some of the furniture outdated and some of the door lamination were peeled off. Let's talk positively now, the location of thus hotel is excellent and close to almost everything you need. The lobby is spacious with high ceiling. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed and comfortably can accommodate 3 persons. There is a small kitchenette in the suite however with no cutlery, I think they provide it upon request. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Conclusion, this hotel needs some renovation and maintenance work here and there to restore the original image.
