Absolutely fabulous relaxing holiday, beds are so comfy, hotel immaculately clean, outstanding food with an enormous range of delights, never seen as much choice anywhere else I've been. Pool areas are so clean and tidy, skate team are a credit to your hotel. All the staff are brilliant, can't do enough for you, entertainment really good, really enjoyed our stay and can't speak highly enough of this exceptional hotel, so much so that we have started to plan our visit to you next year

We just got back on Sunday and what an amazing place, the renovation they have done is 10/10 everything is amazing and brand new they have done a great job. The food and drink is great as normal and the weather was hot hot hot, the staff are great. Big shout out to the stake team who always making sure your drinks are topped up (look after them and they will look after you) and the animation team who keep you entertained from morning till night and one big shout out to one animation team called JOHN, we was great with my twins always coming over and interacting with them. John Mason &Millie miss you and sorry you never got a high five from Millie lol. Thank you Delphin Palace and see you soon one day

Second time here at the Delphin Palace and I would not hesitate to come back again and again! Love it here! The staff are incredible, so welcoming, friendly and always happy to help! The resort has everything we need and more! Multiple pools at different temperatures, variety of food and all outstanding, entertainment is great for kids and adults! Highly recommend!

We are a third time in Turkey, Best hotel in Turkey so far from our experience. Highly recommended for everyone. Hotel is just after renovation, everything is new and fresh and nice, all areas renovated with new design.. looks really cool and nice! Food is amazing!

Our family had a wonderful stay in Delphin Neo Palace for 21st time. Taking into account the fact that we keep returning here again & again I can say that the Hotel Management tries to upgrade the service in order to make it live up to guests' expectations and requirements. The hotel was fully renovated during Nov.2024-April 2025. And it's become amazingly stylish & modern, as well as comfortable & hospitable: landscaped territory, luxurious design of the hotel, impeccable taste of food & beverages. The functioning of Reception & Guest Relations makes you feel unique: nearly every your wish comes true😊 But unfortunately there is always a fly in the ointment. Despite the fact of presence of highly qualified personnel, the were people from Technical service who had total disregard for guests and standards of decency. We applied to Guest Relations with a question of broken exhaist fan in the bathroom in 4104 (it was around 20.30-21.00 on 28.07.2025) and asked to check it the next day. Technical service came at around 22.30-23.00. We were nearly sleeping, but as they they rang the doorbell, I had to open the door. They didn't pay attention to the fact that I was undressed, they just entered the room with a ladder and a kit to change. I asked them to go away, but they refused, insisting on working as they already came!! They didn't react to my requests in English, so I used Google translate for Turkish. After that they agreed to leave our room. Actually to my mind the Techical service should come when guests are out of the room. The time of arrival of the Techical service can be checked on cameras (btw lots cameras were installed everywhere around the hotel territory this year). On the one hand you feel really safe because you can prove your words. On the other hand it's kind of "Behind the glass" project - quite uncomfortable to be honest. Another unpleasant fact is the operating of Housekeeping ladies. I didn't want to report about it last year, but the situation is the same. No renovation hides the fact of dirty floors (it seems that no one ever washed the floors in the rooms). Please find attached the photo of slippers that were used only inside the room. I even can emphasise that walking barefoot will turn you into Hobbit wandering somewhere in Mordor - your feet will be absolutely dirty 😁 If not to pay attention to these embarassing moments, then the vacation was a success 🙂

The lifts are crap. For eg i was staying at 5th floor and if someone was getting of the elevator at 3rd floor, the lift was descending all the way to reception. The beach shower barely works. The lifeguard are very rude if you dive. The open for everyone hamam is not that nice. Even though there are 3 vip hamams, the massages are stil held in the public hamam and if you try to shower there everyone is looking at you like you are a convict

my honest opinion about the hotel.( 21.6-5.7)Luxury, everything is new, a very good beach with clean sea, the rest is not even close to hotels of that rank. a lot of fake drinks, a lot of low-quality juices, waiters who don't know how to make a cocktail, they don't know where campari stands and what it is. the food was good, but the waiters in the restaurant couldn't wait to take the plate away from the table, I really don't understand. we are very disappointed, plus at the reception on the first day they offer us a better room for 450e, and the next day when I left, another receptionist gave us a studio for no extra charge. Last year I was in Liberty Lara and the service there is at a 1000% better level, but the sea in the palace is much cleaner.this is not more palace what l read on tripadvisor holidaycheck....for this.money big,big disappointed.

The worst part is that the food in the main restaurant is a lot worse compared to past years. Lamb and beef are cooked badly and thus are harder to chew. In the past years, they were serving whole lamb that was very tender, very tasty adana kebab, unlike this year serving mixed meat with lamb that doesnt taste well. Beer garden is closed, waiters are slow, making it look like Delphin Economy Palace instead of Delphin Neo Palace. The only good bar is liquid art bar, the mixologist there is amazing. Cleaning services are good. As for the new aquapark, you are required to wear a life vest,which doesn't look hygienic, even for the lazy river, which represents no real danger. Reception staff are welcoming. Theres no kunefe dessert even on turkish night, whether we're talking about main restaurant or a la carte. The resort overall is good looking but they want to get their return of investment through any possible ways.

Truly an excellent hotel. Very clean. A relaxing stay is guaranteed for the whole family. The food is varied and delicious. The staff is exceptionally helpful and polite. It seems that Delfin hotels are competing with the best and aiming to be number one.
