Very clean hostel, variety of food according to tastes, it was a great experience.

I would like to express my deep disappointment following my recent attempt to stay at your El Mouradi Palace. Upon arrival, I wasn't even allowed to enter the hotel. A security guard outside informed me that the property was reserved for families only. Worse still, communication was made over the phone with an employee whose attitude was extremely disrespectful and unpleasant. I received no welcome at reception, no human interaction worthy of a hotel of your caliber. Everything was conducted from the outside, with an unprofessional and offensive tone. This kind of treatment leaves a poor impression on your establishment, and I think it's important for you to be aware of this to prevent this from happening again with other guests. This is the first time I write a bad review, because I know it's not easy for people working in the service industry, but the service in this hotel is very bad. When my sister and I checked in, I gave her my passport (I used my passport to make the reservation). Later, the lady at the front desk asked for my sister's ID card but my sister didn't bring it with her. I gave her a copy of my sister's ID card, and she said no, neither of us could check in (hotel regulations). I think this is very strange. It delays the guest's time and doesn't let him go to the room to rest because his roommate forgot to bring his ID card. It's really strange that a copy is not acceptable. Luckily my sister lived not far from the hotel, and we were able to check in after she got her original ID card. Then the room they arranged was very bad, with no slippers, no disposable toothbrushes, nothing, only two towels. Not even the basic things. I have been working in the hotel industry for a long time and I know that it is not easy to work in the service industry. The hotel is very large, the environment and atmosphere are very good, and the whole process is really comfortable. The hotel service staff has a good attitude, the overall experience is very good, and I will patronize it again!

This hotel is not even close to 2 stars let alone 5 stars! Service 0, catastrophic cleaning! Horrible stay! We will never return!
