Hotel Luz Garden Reviews

Asked to check in early (less than an hour) and was charged 135 USD, 15$ less than the entire rest of my reservation (3 nights), WILD. Staff are friendly, and the place is clean. Don't forget to leave your key at the desk when you go out otherwise you won't get your room serviced (was not told this so no freshened room). It's a bit out of the way, so be prepared for a climb up the main road, pictured below. Overall a 3.5.

A wonderful place. The breakfast is delicious. The room is clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable. The staff is friendly.

GOOD STAY

The rooms are well-cleaned. There is an elevator, so it's no problem to stay on the second floor or higher. We stayed for two nights, and since we left the hotel at 5am on both the second and third days to enter Machu Picchu, they prepared a breakfast box for us every morning instead of breakfast. It was also very filling, with mandarin oranges, bananas, apples, cheese and ham sandwiches, chocolate, and water, so we were able to get plenty of nutrition in the morning. They also left our luggage after we checked out, so we were able to take our time shopping at the nearby market before departing. I'll definitely be back.

This hotel is located on Hengjie Street, not far from the train station and within walking distance. The breakfast was also satisfactory, and the service attitude of the staff was satisfactory. The facilities in the room are simple and there are many restaurants nearby.

The website says they can speak English, but in reality the lady boss and her daughter don't speak English at all. But the lady boss is very helpful, which makes up for it a little. The accommodation does not have air conditioning. People who are afraid of heat should choose carefully

The location is great. It's next to the train station. The room is clean and comfortable, but the facilities are very good. It's a pity that there is no hair dryer.

I used it to visit Machu Picchu ruins. There was only one staff member who could speak English, which was helpful.

The facilities are complete and the hygiene is good. 200 meters from the train station, the owner is very nice. The breakfast buffet has fewer varieties, but the most important thing is to go up the mountain and eat your fill! Considering the cost-effectiveness, full marks! (Note: No shampoo)

36 US dollars a night, clean, breakfast included, very satisfied. But there is no air conditioning. I don’t know if it will be cold if I go there in winter.
