Car park side is not safe Anyone can enter hotel easily

Very good hotel with friendly staff. Foods are also delicious. The only thing to be improved is Wi-Fi.

Great price for a clean room! Only negative is that i asked the front desk to send a post card, and they refused. It was my last day, and I was trying to catch a flight and hoped they could help me out but seems like they couldn't.

There was long hair on the bed when I entered the room, and the AC wasn't working well.

Good location/ quiet in the night . We had a good night sleep .

Hygiene: The hotel lobby, rooms, parking lot, and restaurant are very clean. Service: Free garage parking, safe and secure.

The hotel was clean and reliable, there was a bathtub in the room I chose via the app, but it was not available in the room given, they made me feel like it was because we bought it via the app, it could be the worst room in the hotel.

Adana hotels are generally expensive, so this one was decent for the level of facilities. It was convenient and clean overall. If only the price was cheaper, I couldn't ask for more.

Location is good. One of the places to stay in Adana. The noise of the city is left outside.

The hotel is good for business trips. The front desk speaks good English. There is a store on the left side of the hotel where you can buy adapters. There is a street on the right side where you can eat and have a supermarket. There are a lot of beggars on the street.

The environment and hygiene are good, but the sound of the air conditioner is a bit loud.

A nice hotel, a solid three. Snow-white, nice bed linen and towels. Comfortable beds and pillows, disposable slippers, no robes and not provided on request (not provided). The room is small, but ok for a couple of days. New plumbing, working shower, excellent pressure, clean bathroom. We stayed for 3 days. They made our bed, changed towels, but did not wash the floors. This is a minus, dust accumulates quickly. It is also noisy if you open the window. With the windows closed it is ok. Very good breakfasts. Good choice of dishes, everything is very tasty, fresh, varied. If you do not smoke, book a non-smoking room in advance. It is hard to breathe in a smoking room, it is very smoky. Fortunately, there was a free non-smoking room for us.
