Leonardo Hotel Aachen Reviews

The Hotel staff were excellent and really friendly, professional and really great service in every aspect. The Hotel website says it has a Restaurant which is why I booked it as I didn’t want to go anywhere else. Unfortunately this is not the case, I was told there are no Restaurant facilities due to the lack of a cook. The Bar offers Pizzas which was not particularly Good. Service though was excellent.

We checked in at midnight and the waiter was still waiting for us, thank you very much!

We come here regularly. Always good here. Clean, neat rooms. Furnishing a bit dated but fine. And a very fine bed. Breakfast is also always neatly taken care of. Parking does cost 8 euros per day extra.

Some rooms are a bit cold due to lack of heating. The rooms are a bit drafty. But overall the rooms are very nice. Overall, the price is worth the service and facilities.

Very nice, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was always plentiful, fresh and delicious. Facilities was ok, a fridge is missing! For 4* hotel is a must.
