The environment is beautiful, with a large swimming pool, but the location is quite remote and not close to anywhere. You have to take a taxi everywhere, which adds to the trouble of bargaining with Egyptian drivers. The head of the small bed is moldy, the washbasin cannot be drained quickly, and the sanitary conditions are average. In addition, dynamic music is played in the square every night until 10:30. It is not recommended for those who want to go to bed early.

The garden music is a bit loud and affects sleep.

The room is very dilapidated, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and the corridors are not soundproof. I booked the wrong time before and told Ctrip many times a week in advance that I want to change the check-in time, but to no avail! Until the day I checked into the hotel, the front desk promised a free replacement. When I called Ctrip, I didn't believe the hotel staff I asked in front of their voice, and asked the manager in charge of the front desk to sign what I wrote twice to prove that it was sent to Ctrip! After receiving it, Ctrip called at 11:00 noon and said that it is possible to change it, but the middleman asked to charge 50 US dollars. Since I was already on the way to Siwa that day, didn’t I say it was free? Ctrip's customer service said that you wait for my message and he will help me fight with the middleman. I have been full of hope, but I did not expect to receive a call at 8 o'clock in the evening saying that your hotel cannot be changed, and the money cannot be refunded! I called to complain, and later I found out that it was the middleman and Ctrip who sent an email saying that the payment must be changed before 12:30, otherwise it will be cancelled, but Ctrip didn't tell me the news, which caused me to lose one night's hotel expenses! Ctrip's customer service argued that it was because I did not agree to pay the fifty dollars, and I said that you have a recording. What did I say that I disagreed with? When did you tell me to pay the money immediately? Failure to pay will be cancelled! I'm just dissatisfied why I have to pay fifty dollars for free, it's not that I don't agree to pay fifty dollars! Where can I spend this little money to stay in a five-star hotel for one night? Ctrip said that this is a cognitive problem, and dissatisfaction means disagreement. It is my problem to delay the time and not pay the money! I don't know what happened to Ctrip's customer service over the years? The quality is too low, and it is obviously unreasonable to argue!

The hotel is more than wonderful and its atmosphere is cheerful and enjoyable. All the workers are at a high level of professionalism and what distinguishes them most is their constant smile. The food is delicious and fresh. The swimming pool is enjoyable and it is a suitable place for recreation and psychological comfort. It is suitable for everyone, whether friends, engaged people or family. The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent and there is a keenness on that. They are all extremely beautiful and kind. The first time I came for my wedding and after a year later i came again to celebrate to celebrate my wedding anniversary in the same place. I wish them continued success.

I slept so well, air conditioning so effective, spacious room.......then gargantuan breakfast available...pity I can't sample everything! Everyone so very welcoming, even at midnight when I arrived. Looking forward to dinner tonight!

Fantastic staff. Nothing is too much. Omina is a star. She helped translate with our tour driver, who spoke little English. Let him phone her so we could arrange a trip to the pyramids. Rooms are fantastic. Gardens are well kept and the pool is fantastic

Good people helpful in the hotel and especially in the restaurant very kind team and excellent fresh food with many variety of different international food oriental and occidental, empressed by services during the stay I would like to appreciate the hard work to keep good quality

The hotel staffs are very gentle, providing anything you need. Food is good and the accommodations are clean and comfortable. I couldn’t enjoy the other parts of hotel, but looks like that the gym, pool and golf course are well maintained. ❤️❤️
