first i got a terribly dirty room, but they switched it within 24 hours. new room was perfect. whole apartment with all you need. pool is ok, whirlpool, both outside. gym is not much space. location is good.

Friendly and helpful staff and in a great location! Breakfast is at a nearby hotel and is very nice with a good variety. Sydney is an expensive city so the kitchen facilities are useful so you don’t need to eat out all the time. Also very useful to have a washing machine and dryer. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The check-in and check-out process is courteous and quick. Breakfast was at a hotel nearby and the food and variety were excellent. We did not use the facilities but were told their spa was recommended. There was a clothes washing machine and detergent provided which we used. It is of 1 room apartment hotel type and as there were 3 of us the sofa in the living room was converted to a bed. Overall our stay was comfortable and we can have a restful sleep. The location is close to tram and train stations and is good for moving around Sydney CBD and its environs including the airport. It is also close to attractions like Circular Quay and The Rocks. There was ongoing renovation but it did not bother us. The place was air-conditioned, but we did not use it as the apartment's temperature was comfortable enough.

Great Stay! The 3-bedroom apartment has 2 bathrooms. Suited for a family trip. Also have laundry facilities in the apartment itself. Proximity to Sydney's main attractions too! Staffs at the Reception very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is very dated, needs to be freshened up dramatically,. When I walked in the room my comment was OHH this is it., the air con system would be 25 years old and dirty ., quite disappointing considering the fantastic location

Staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Room was a 1 bedroom apartment and very well appointed. I did have to ask for coffee and teabags to be replaced and that did not happen but I could have simply got some from reception if a big issue. There is no restaurant or coffee bar in the hotel but plenty of options outside or the kitchen could be used for making yourself

A family of five traveled, and apartments were the first choice. Accommodation in Sydney was expensive during the Chinese New Year. This hotel was a little more cost-effective. It was located in the city center, and it was convenient to go anywhere. The Grand Theater was an 18-minute walk away. The facilities were very complete, and you could cook by yourself. The front desk guy was also very friendly. I didn't know how to use the induction cooker during the period, and the guy came to help me. It was right next to the elevated road. People with light sleep should choose it carefully. There were still some hygiene issues. The bed sheets had dirty marks and were not changed during the stay. I felt oxygen on the third day. It is best to bring disposable bed sheets and quilt covers. Cleaning only changed towels and took out the trash. Maybe the lack of service is indeed a feature of Australia. I chose a two-bedroom apartment, but there was actually a small room with a double bed in the living room.

The service was good and the environment where I could cook was great!! It was a satisfactory accommodation. The distance from Guo Station was just so-so, but it was okay!!

The two-bedroom apartment I booked was a good choice. The room was spacious and the location was great. It was convenient to go anywhere and it was not far to walk to the Sydney Opera House. I will choose this hotel again next time I come.

It's nice to have a kitchen, but the facilities are old. There is a washer and dryer, but they are not clean, and the floor carpet is dirty, and there are no slippers.
