One of the best point of this htl is thet it is located directly in airport. you dont need to go outside when you waiting you connect flight, there also lots of shops inside airport, and nice restaurant. And price is excellent (if compare with Intercontinental:)))

I stayed here on the last day of my trip to Africa. Everything was great! I took the airport shuttle to and from the airport and it was always on time. It was easy to find where to get on and off. I would stay here again if I visit Johannesburg.

Thirdly, if I was ever to return to JNB, I still may stay at Onomo, albeit in an upgraded room. Plenty of good eating nearby, particularly in the adjacent Nelson Mandela Square complex.

The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, just a short distance from the airport, making it perfect for a quick stopover or if you’re catching a flight. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The pool area was a highlight,beautifully maintained with a relaxing atmosphere, ideal for unwinding after a long day of travel. And the food? Absolutely amazing! From breakfast to dinner, every meal was delicious, with a great variety of options. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for both business travelers and those just passing through Johannesburg. Highly recommend!

Loved my stay at Radisson. Location is perfect. Staff are friendly and helpful. Spa is convenient and the treatments left me feeling relaxed and ready for my holiday. Buffet was delicious and restaurant never disappointed. Room was spacious and clean. View from the pool is beautiful and bar service on point. Would absolutely recommend Radisson Blu Sandton. Will return.

New hotel 2024, closed territory, looks like a castle, very unusual and original. Convenient location, good area. Firstly, I was put into a room that I did not book and was told I cannot change to a room that I had paid for because the hotel was overbooked. The front desk, eventually, moved me once I had pointed out that it was a health hazard to stay in the room they assigned to me because they had painted it that very day and I could still smell the paint fumes. After being moved, I was put into a room that I actually paid for. The toilet leaked and the shower was blocked. I will say though that the front desk was very friendly and tried to help as much as they could. All in all, it was not a good experience and I won't be staying again.

Conveniently located to all places of interests like the Sandton Mall and Restaurants. Very clean and quiet hotel with friendly staff who were eager to assist promptly and we had no issues at all during our enture stsy.

Convenient hotel with safe parking. Unfortunately the room was noisy due to outdoor building noise. Passageways were being painted during the day and smell of paint was unpleasant.

The best choice for business trips. The hotel is in a very good location. It is directly connected to the shopping mall. It has everything you need for food and shopping. It is safe and secure. The sightseeing bus station and subway are at the door, very convenient, recommended

Very disappointed after our stay at The DaVinci Hotel. I was thoroughly looking forward to this stay as I have not stayed in this hotel before and it had been on my list, check in took quite long, which didn't bother me initially but ended up being a compounding factor after everything else, we had booked online and it took close to an hour for us to get checked in and given our room key, we used this time to look around. When we finally got to our room, we quickly left everything and went to the mall then had dinner, we got back relatively late and only upon getting back did we notice the bed was 2 single beds pushed together, however we booked and paid for a delux king room, needless to say I spent the duration of the evening falling through the 2 beds as I was trying to cuddle my lady, so I didn't get much sleep to say the least. When we got up in the morning I quite badly needed a coffee to wake me up after the night I had and Lo and behold, the coffee machine was not working! By this point you can imagine the frustration.. so we got dressed and went down for breakfast, the process of simply getting a coffee took close to 40 minutes, let alone the food arriving! We actually ended up getting up and leaving because we had plans for the day and did not expect to wait over an hour for our breakfast to arrive! The cold food that was available at the buffet was very dry as well but we scoffed it down and went on our way, it was only while we were walking out that the juice we ordered when we arrived was beginning to make its way to our table, so we were given the bottle and we went on our way We mentioned the incorrect room as well as the coffee machine to the lady at the checkout desk, to which I was reassured that next time we stay it will be nice I can very confidently confirm that there will not be a next time from us, as we do expect a certain service when checking into a 5 star hotel and paying the price that comes along with it On a positive note, the concierge was helpful with taking our luggage to the room Such a pity for a lovely perfectly located place to put such little effort into the quality they provide

After my long flight, I spent a night at the hotel. The room had everything I needed and it was warm which was a relief during the winter. The hotel's proximity to the airport was very convenient, and the staff at the reception were kind and understanding.

Perfect for an overnight at the airport. It’s right across from the arrival hall. Staff were very friendly and check in was easy. The beds were so comfy and we had a great night before an early morning flight. We will definitely stay here again.

First the staff there was exceptionally very friendly, professional and made me feel so welcomed. It’s amazing how quickly the staff resolves any issues that arise. This was my first time visiting South Africa and I really enjoyed my stay Airport Inn and Suites. Yes if I come South Africa again this will be my first and preferred place to stay. The only issue was the carpet in the bedroom and living room desperately needed to be steamed cleaned or replaced. Yes housekeeping swept the carpet when they cleaned but sweeping carpet with a broom doesn’t really clean the carpet. The carpet was very worn and made my feet itchy when I walked on it with my bare feet. But I resolved that quickly by always having my slippers on. Overall this place is very clean, well kept and the stafff knows the true meaning of customer care. Action always speaks louder than words. I recently stayed at this hotel which left me disappointed due to their shuttle service limitations. While the overall experience was average, the lack of a 24-hour shuttle service proved to be a significant inconvenience, particularly for early morning flights. One of the key reasons I chose this hotel was because of its location and a shuttle service to the airport. However, upon checking in, I was informed that the shuttle operated only from 7 am onwards. This was highly inconvenient as my flight departure time was earlier. I approached the receptionist to inquire about alternative options, hoping for some flexibility or assistance, but was met with an unhelpful suggestion to order an Uber instead. Having previously stayed at other hotels near airports, I had come to expect a 24-hour shuttle service as the norm. It was disappointing to find that this particular hotel did not offer the same level of convenience. Given the additional cost associated with using ride-hailing services like Uber, this unforeseen expense was an unwelcome surprise. In conclusion, if you have early morning flights or rely on a reliable 24-hour shuttle service, I would caution against choosing this particular hotel. I would recommend exploring other nearby options that prioritize customer convenience and provide a more accommodating shuttle service.

I thought the place was nice, but to be honest the blankets on the bed and in the cupboard annoyed me with static electricity. The shower water came out way too fast. But everything else was great and the people are very nice.

I chose this place because I liked the free pick-up and free breakfast. However, in fact, the last pick-up was at 11 o'clock in the evening. I arrived at the airport at 11 o'clock. I said that the pick-up at night would be charged. I am willing to pay, but I can't come to the arrival floor to pick me up. I can be at the bus station. It is well known. South Africa is naturally in a mess, and the probability of being robbed on the road at night is very high! Finally, I paid for a taxi to their hotel and found that the door was closed! The location of the hotel is very biased, there is no street light at night, the black light is blind, the driver is black, everyone is in the position to think about it, feel panic? I know that the front desk will get off work at 11 o'clock in the evening, but I have already emailed that I will land at 11 o'clock and arrive at 12 o'clock. They know it, but they still don't leave anyone. After waiting for a long time, the driver came back and opened the door. At the beginning, the driver refused to give me the door key and asked me to add 200 rand for the night stay. I don't know the cost. I didn't inform when I placed the order on Trip.com. On the second day, I took the shuttle bus to the airport and there was no time to eat breakfast. An unpleasant stay!
