Our family of 4 stayed at Huong Giang Hotel Resort for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were made to feel like long lost relatives the moment we stepped out of the taxi. We were greeted with incredible warmth and smiles. Mr Loi in particular was so friendly and made us feel at home immediately, especially our two sons. The buffet breakfast was amazing and catered to all our tastes and preferences. Our children were in food heaven😊! Our hot water wasn't working at some stage, and when we told reception, there was someone there to fix it within seconds, and they solved the problem immediately. Mr Loi looked after us incredibly well, and our boys loved him. He greeted them with a huge smile and a high five everytime he saw them, always taking an interest in what they were doing, asking how they were. I would not hesitate to stay at Huong Giang again, incredible value for money, warm, helpful and friendly staff, and perfect location with serene quiet Perfume River on one side, and the lively hustle and bustle on the other. Thanks Huong Giang!

Amazing stay at Vinpearl Hue. The staff was amazing ( all the front desk employee , the concierge was really helpful since we wanted to have some info for the imperial city. Pool attendants both amazing and really attentionned to small details). Vinpearl was one of our highlights of our trip ! Room was really clean and the view was incredible . Nice sky bar. Truly a 5 stars hôtel with the small attentions they give you!

Quiet, comfortable old fashioned hotel, with carpeted corridors, large rooms, very comfortable twin beds that were more like doubles and a lovely breakfast. We had four nights here, slept well, 20 mins walk to town along a beautiful riverside walk, lovely coffee shops and local cafes in the area - yet far enough out of town to be far from the noise and late night revellers. It is possible to cycle to the Imperial City and the hotel offer free bikes upon request. Most interesting place and we would recommend as a no frills , great value , quiet hotel with a feel of a by gone era ....the pool was lovely for a dip but smaller in reality than the photos suggest! A great city break hotel overall with bathrobes, flipflops, bathroom amenities,safe and good range of TV channels, including movies provided. It had everything we needed and more!

The lovely owner Quy and his wife absolutely bent over backwards to look after me during my stay here. A few examples: I couldn’t find a DMZ tour that was running, so Quy organised a trip with a friend of his by private car for a very reasonable price. I bought a bus ticket to Hoi An and the bus company rang the hotel to cancel- by the time I found out about it, the owners had already been on the phone trying to find me an alternative. I could not have asked for a better experience, thank you so much Quy and your lovely family for making me so welcome. I should also say that the room was lovely and extremely clean, plus it was in a great location. I would recommend Canary Boutique to anyone but particularly solo travelers as the level of care I got here absolutely floored me. Would give them 11/10 if I could!

A beautiful and stylish resort nested in a lush tropical setting in a quiet and authentic neighborhood just outside Hue. The very efficient, polite and friendly staff provide a perfect service. Comfortable, spacious and very pleasant rooms. Plentiful, well attended breakfast with an very satisfying and complete choice of food options. Big, beautiful and very pleasant pool. The staff kindly but firmly make sure the rules are respected to keep the place quiet and pleasant for everybody. The complimentary 30 minutes spa therapy is a pleasant plus. Kindly upgrade on my second stay. Nothing to fault this lovely place really. Thank you Xin Chao for the kind supervision of my reservation and stay. Looking forward to my next stay at the wonderful Pilgrim Village.

We had an amazing stay at this resort!! We loved the view, the house, the pools, the food, we loved everything. We would definitely come back here if we are in Vietnam. Also our little kid (1year) loved it there as well, it is very child friendly. The breakfast was amazing and the people were very helpful and kind. Also the communication was super easy! Thanks for everything, we had the best time.

We absolutely enjoyed the stay here (avoid coming here in autumn or winter, though). There are everything you need for an ultimate relaxing holiday. The resort has everything to offer to the most difficult guests from lovely swimming pools, private beach, kids playgrounds, to wide selection of activities. we had great experience at the spa, restaurants and golf course. Our two bedroom apartment with ocean and pool view and private pool is super quiet, spacious and spectacular. The service and staff were exceptional. We look forward to coming back next trip to Vietnam

We had to make a last minute booking here after another hotel let us down due to construction work and we're glad we chose the Imperial! It's in a great location and you feel like you're stepping into old world charm and hospitality. Our room was spacious and quiet (good soundproofing!) Staff were professional and helpful, especially the hotel concierge, Van Duc, who was always on hand to offer help. He organised a great trip to Thien Mu Pagoda for us with a private driver which was excellent! Thank you Van Duc!

The royal-style architecture transported us to another era, while the modern amenities ensured our comfort. The rooms were nicely decorated and spacious, offering stunning views of the city. We appreciated the delicious breakfast spread each morning, which fueled our adventures to nearby historical and cultural sights. The friendly staff provided top-notch service, making our stay both memorable and enjoyable.

Our 2nd time back to this paradise. We stayed at the 3 bedroom villas overlooking the amazing ocean. The champagne breakfast was something we looked forward to daily . The staff at the resort were always at hand to make our stay exceptional. Special call out to Bich who was appointed our resort concierge , she contacted me in advance for massage booking, meals arrangement and in villa bbq set up. She even helped arrange for a day trip to Hue. She was always checking in on us to ensure that our stay at the resort was perfect . 5 days passed really quickly and we are already planning our 3rd trip back to Banyan Tree Langco. My recommendation is to spend your time at the resort, there is so much to enjoy. The amazing food, exceptional service and the tranquility of the resort sets them apart from many other resorts I have visited.

We enjoyed our one night here. What an amazing japanese ambience in Hue. Garden is huge and beautiful. My family enjoyed the very relaxing onsen and delicious breakfast. Thank you very much for the very accommodating staff. Definitely we will come back.

To say that the VINA HOTEL’s on-line presence is “misleading” is being quite generous! Access to the hotel was via a dark alleyway with rubbish, parked motorbikes, and no lighting. At the hotel entrance, guests had to carry their suitcases up a steep flight of stairs to reach Reception on the first floor – no assistance was offered. When entering our room, there was a strong musty smell. We wondered if the room had not been used for months prior. Only one wall socket was available for charging purposes. There was no mini-bar (although it was listed on-line), and the fridge was not plugged in, so there was no cold drinking water awaiting us. There were room-temperature bottles of water on the sideboard, decanted from another source – but no way of knowing if that water source was safe. There was no kettle, nor any coffee/tea/sugar sachets. There was no catch on either the bathroom or bedroom windows, thus hot air came in from outside. The A/C unit was very noisy, and the cooled air did not circulate into the lounge area. There were no spare toilet rolls, and the liquid soap/body wash containers were virtually empty. The bed had extremely hard pillows (and when we were checking in, we heard another guest complain about the same pillow problem to Reception). Breakfast was highly inadequate: lukewarm coffee from a flask (we were advised that if we had come down earlier than 8am, we would have got coffee that was hot!); no juices; no cereals or fruit; no toast (only baguettes with no spreads); no napkins; cooked food was a choice between a Vietnamese plate or eggs). Vastly superior coffee was enjoyed on both days at GOC CAFE, just across the main road. And how can we forget the waitress who took off her sandal and picked skin off her foot, in the middle of the “breakfast” service! In summary: from start-to-finish, the whole experience at VINA HOTEL was very poor.

A really nice place to stay for a long time. Nice beach, nice room, nice food.. Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here for 1 week and still want to continue.. Just for swimming and relax on the beach. Highly recommended!

Khách sạn mới, sạch, khá đẹp. Trang bị nội thất theo kiểu tiết kiệm nhưng cũng tương xứng với giá thành. Nhận phòng hơn trễ giờ nhưng đội ngũ nhân viên phục vụ tốt. Nước chào mừng ngon, nhân viên quên không mang nước chào mừng đến cho khách mặc dù khi bê nước cho người khác họ đã nhìn thấy chúng tôi. Bể bơi ấm áp và sạch sẽ. Bãi tắm riêng của khách sạn có sóng khá to khó bơi. Tôi gọi nước suối đến phòng lúc 22:00. Villa không có chuông cửa, khi nhân viên gõ cửa không ai nghe thấy họ đã tự mở cửa bước vào Villa và gõ cửa phòng ngủ của tôi lúc 22:00 đêm. Tôi cảm thấy việc này không riêng tư và thiếu an toàn.

This hotel is Expensive and Tatty. The pool was too hot to swim in. The food is very average....there is no excuse for average food in Vietnam. The beach is strewn with trash when you walk either side of the hotel boundary...which is deeply depressing. This place is overpriced for what they offer. Their Website is not accurate for rates or for the condition of the premises. ...i.e. it is a Deceptive website. Drinking water: one small bottle per person which is a mingy amount for the room rate....and irresponsible in summer heat.
