Conveniently located next door to Manado Town Square (MANTOS) with amazing sunset view. Daily breakfast was mixed local and western varieties. Within walking distance along the waterfront to Mega Mall area for street food. Access to Se7en Bar and Lounge (fifth floor MANTOS parking) is within 5 minutes walking from Level 3 of the hotel for food and drinks.

I chose this place temporarily by accident. After I took a taxi to the hotel, I really didn't want to get off the bus, because in a small fishing village, the hotel does not have a gate~haha~a fence gate, just a turn at the entrance of an alley. . but! ! but! ! but! ! Do not regret coming! ! After coming in, it seems like a paradise~ Comfortable! quiet! Exclusive! This is the biggest feeling! Everyone in the hotel is top-notch! On the day we checked in, there were only four of us, but even if there were only four of us and two rooms, the hotel did not neglect in the slightest~ All equipment and facilities were open, and afternoon tea was prepared for the four of us, as if it was exclusive to the four of us. The resort is close to the left of the Blue and Blue Strait. The location is often good for divers, but the resort is very biased. There is no restaurant convenience store. There is another diving resort Yos next door. There is a small fishing village across the road. The store, the goods are incomplete (the shelf life is worrying), The price is still expensive, it is recommended to buy enough snacks and drinks in the convenience store before coming. The overall condition of the room is OK, the air-conditioning refrigerator is available, but there is no window, in fact, there is no window, the shower condition is very good, 24 hours hot water, the temperature is stable. The restaurant in the resort tastes good, because the resort is opened by the Singaporean owner, so the cook should be trained. But the price of the dish is not cheap, and an additional payment totals 21% of the consumer service tax. 95% of the divers who choose to play here are divers who play in the water. After checking in, they said that they need to dive. The front desk will tell the diving center about the needs. The private dive guide will take you to the diving center. The diving price is equivalent to rmb350 one dive during the day, 500 one dive at night, and600-700 one dive in Black Water. An additional payment is required for a total of 21% consumption service tax. However, diving fees for more than 2 days are 20% off, and tax and equipment rental fees are not discounted. It is recommended that IDR and credit card pay, never pay in US dollars, the exchange rate is extremely unfriendly, I pay in US dollars, and I lose the exchange rate difference equivalent to RMB 1500. We booked this spot with points to be close to the airport. The pool provided a nice place to chill out for the afternoon, complete with a bar and decent coffee, plus a restaurant with good food. We had a lovely salad and some delicious Indonesian dishes. The staff is kind and helpful. The hotel is not convenient for walking to nearby stores and restaurants but it is possible. The reason for the low cleanliness rating: The room itself had not been cleaned well and we felt disgusted from the moment we walked in. There were dirty surfaces (counter, nightstand) and a very smelly bathroom (like urine). We asked the shower to be cleaned again and the staff nicely and promptly complied. They also were also very helpful when we needed to buy some medicine. However, the room was just inexcusably filthy. I hope this improves because otherwise was not a bad spot!

Clean, comfortable place, with beautiful scenery. Equipped with super large pool facilities and children friendly, plus there is a beach too. The breakfast is also delicious with many menu choices. Basically, Manado Tateli Resort and Convention is the best place for a staycation with friends and family

the room new a bit of manteinance  the bathroom door don’t close properly and the water from the shower end up in the bedroom. the room is slightly umid. the water from the tab smell of rust the swimming pool was not working when we arrive d very chaotic in the morning with lots of children running and screaming around the breakfast table  the view from the window was beautiful we were lucky enough to get a room with sea view. the bed very comfy. the staff where very nice and helpful. I stayed here for a night. If you’re looking for a hotel with “unique” experiences, this one’s for you! The check-in was smooth, and the bed was decorated with abstract stains – perhaps part of the charm? Luckily, no soap to wash away the memory in the room. When asked, the staff, oh so polite, reassured me that the soap “could be conditioned” – whatever that means! And, the cherry on top: a delightful three-minute delay for a room check, just to make sure I didn’t snag a complimentary pen. I left feeling like a lottery winner who hit the jackpot of mediocrity. Truly a stay to remember! 🎉

The room facilities are very suitable for Chinese people's habits. It is a great choice whether you stay long-term or for a short-term transition. I recommend staying here. The equipment and facilities of the diving shop are also very standard, and the restaurant has strong reception capacity. As a senior traveler, I would say: ”You feel at home” and ”Your request will be met”. Don't worry if you don't speak enough English, the hotel has a Chinese manager who can communicate.

If you’re foreigner or maybe national tourist, you may consider about the privacy and comfort here. This hotel are really great with the beauty of the nature, but it ruined with the local guest. You’ll see some guest smoking in not smoke area as such as pool, the poorest is, hotel staff do nothing with it, even though there are big sign of no smoking there. The worst are you will hear very loud annoying music around 6.am, and the funniest is the music used just by some people were doing zumba near guest room. And when asking for help to hotel guest, we get answer “there are scheduled zumba”, how tf, guest will know there will be scheduled zumba. To be fair, cleanliness is good, food are average.

Rooms are spacious and clean, strategic location with Indomaret and KFC just across the street. You can find many local dishes nearby too..
