Divan Mersin could be described as hospitality as it should be. Impeccably polite and welcoming personnel, who did do their best to offer me an earlier check-in (albeit I failed to notify them in advance). Clean, spacious room where everything functioned as intended and all the things were in pristine condition - a rare thing even among top-tier hotels. Welcome sweets and mineral water was a complete surprise. And the breakfast was the best I've ever had in Turkey. Finally, WiFi worked as good as one at home. This is the first time that I was staying at a hotel in Turkey where WiFi was actually fast and without any disruptions. Once again, my complements to the team - it was my first stay with Divan chain, but you gained 100% of my trust and I already did recommend this hotel to some of my friends planning to visit the country. I wish all other hotels did as good job as Divan Mersin.

Everything was perfect. All employees are respectful and knowledgeable, parking is available, outdoor pool and breakfast are wonderful. There is an environment where you can feel peaceful. Thank you Hilton.

We found this hotel in Mersin, where I was first gone, in a hurry. Firstly, it is in a bad location. When you asked the shop around you could answer ”the rooms are not a dress”. When we went to the hotel, the room left for us wasn't cleaned yet they took us to another room and perhaps one room for one person, then one room was available. inside. The clothes' phone flows without any break, what they put on is shampanya, your hair is cloudy, the box's cover is not closed, etc... We said we would leave them all aside and have a nice breakfast when it's morning, but what is possible . Absolutely disappointment. The cooking in the buffet was cold, very little, something we could eat in that small buffet but impossible was also cleaning tables. If you were to work, you might prefer this place alone than Mersin, but with your family, I say don't stay here with your wife.

The bedroom was very well designed, Bed & pillows extremely comfortable. It was great to have a duvet that was actually bigger than the bed. Shower was brilliant & great to have a hairdryer that was not attached to the wall, making it easier to style your hair. ALL staff were very helpful, polite & friendly. hope exam went well!). Food could have been a little hotter at times, but other than that it was plentiful and of good quality. All drinks were also of good quality & again a good selection of local & imports. How it was: I connected with your hotel there to be sure that it has non-smoking rooms with beautiful view. It was a gift for my wife’s birthday. They said that there is no problem with that. At the check-in date I reminded about my wishes, paid for two rooms and got on there. The rooms were for smoking persons; the furniture was dirty. I went down to reception immediately and asked my money back. They said that’s impossible due to me paid with the credit card and only call-center can help me. I called them and they said that I need to wait the answer from the head office. I was waiting for 3 hours, called them back but nobody answered. And I suppose my phone number is still blocked for them. I tried to resolve my problem using e-mail, but they answered me only once, requested some information about payment, I gave all the documents they wanted. After that, they stopped to answer me too. It’s because they have to give my money back but they don’t want to. As I wrote before it was absolutely disgusting and dirty staying there and didn't get my money back at the same moment. I wrote you to help me resolve my problem and I'm still waiting for you answer like a fool. I was pretty sure that an organization like yours doesn't treat like this their clients. In fact, you keep me waiting for more than 5 months, it's unacceptable. I want you to connect me with the CEO because I want my money back. 4 300 turkish lira. You have my dates; I want you to connect with me as soon as possible. Otherwise I will have to make my case public.

Elif Hatun Konagi is a unique boutique hotel. It is housed in a centuries-old building with character, in the center of Tarsus near touristic sites. The halls are decorated in a chic-retro style and the two courtyards are enchanting. You feel like you are transported in another era. Each room is named after a sultan mother and is decorated beautifully. The room was also spacious and super clean. We had the ”Hurrem Sultan” room, which included a Turkish hammam. This was so much better than the ordinary hotel bathroom! We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. On top of being delicious, the meals were affordably-priced! Finally, the whole staff was very friendly and helpful. If it was possible, I would give 6 stars to this hotel. Thank you, Elif Hatun Konagi! : )

Номер небольшой выбрали, 1 двуспальная и 1 односпальная, нас четверо, дочь малая, так что все уместились без доп раскладушки, без доплат за девчонку. А ещё через 3 недели после отъезда вспомнил что в ящике в номере оставил жесткий диск с семейным архивом и мышь эпл, приехал, всё вернули. Прекрасно, я считаю. @semenmainsky

Best hotel in the town with reasonable price, i spent 2 days there it was just perfect. The location of the hotel can not be better , in the city center where every thing is accessible. The hotel was perfectly clean and fresh looked. If i come to visit Mersin in the future for sure i will chose this hotel agian.

Merada otel; otelden fazlası aslında. 9 katlı idi sanırım. 4. kattan itibaren denizi görebiliyorsunuz. Sabah denize karşı uyanmak harika bir şey. Otel personeli olağan üstü kibar ve misafirperver. İşlerini profesyonelce yapıyorlar. Tabi bunun arkasındaki profesyonel otel yönetimini organize eden Otel Müdürü Çiğdem hanımı görmezden gelemezsiniz. İşini son derece başarılı yapıyor. İnanın burada rahatsız olabileceğiniz hiç bir şeyin olmasına izin verilmiyor.Müşteri memnuniyeti çok üst düzeyde ve bunu tüm personel içselleştirmiş. Karşılaştığınız her personel sizinle selamlaştıktan sonra ”Bir arzunuz var mı?”, ”Sizin için yapabileceğim bir şey var mı?” diye sormadan geçmiyor. Biz 7 aile 4 gece konakladık. konakladığımız suitler bir yatak odası, salon+mutfak, 2 banyo, 2 wc ve geniş bir antreden oluşuyordu. Odalarda büyük ekran LED TV, kettle, Büyük boy buzdolabı, çamaşır ve bulaşık makinası, koltuk takımı, yemek masası, mutfak tezgahı standart donamım olarak sizleri bekliyor. Bir de lüks suitler varmış ama biz onları görmedik. Suit oda büyüklüğü sanırım 60-80 metrekare civarında. 3-4 kişi rahatlıkla konaklayabilir. Otel kahvaltısı menüsü Avrupa ve Türk damak zevklerine göre seçilmiş. Ürün yelpazesi oldukça geniş ve kaliteli. Dilerseniz otel şeflerinden sizin için öğlen ve akşam yemeği hazırlamasını isteyebilirsiniz. Tabi bunun için gün içinde önceden bilgi vermelisiniz. Biz 16 kişilik yılbaşı akşam yemeği sipariş etmiştik. Mezelerimiz ve yemeklerimiz son derece güzel hazırlanmıştı ve gece boyunca başarılı bir şekilde servis edildi. Otelin geneli çok ince bir özenle dekore edilmiş. Bunu dikkatli bir göz hemen fark edebiliyor. Otelin gecelik fiyatı, kalite ve performansına göre oldukça hesaplı. Mersine yolu düşen herkese şiddetle tavsiye edebilirim.

Nicely located, easy to find and very accommodating staff who are genuinely friendly and welcoming. Apartment and rooms were clean and well equipped. For a stop over in Mersin you should feel very comfortable and safe. Free parking provided on site, several markets and hospital very close by.
