Can't take elevator from 2nd floor (lobby) to 1st floor (parking lot). It's better to take all luggages to 1st floor and get back to check out at 2nd floor.

Hotels is nice. But there is smth off about my stay. I booked 2 single beds, however when we checked in there was 1 double bed. We told them right away they said that gonna make 2 beds for us. We spent whole day by the pool but when came back found just extra bed. Had to ask reception again. Finally they changed our room, but it should take whole day. Would nice next time to solve this kinda stuff a bit faster. Thanks.

Our stay in the bungalow with a direct view of the sea was absolutely wonderful. The sound of the waves and the stunning view provided complete relaxation. The bungalow was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, although the variety could have been a bit better. A major highlight is the location: shops, bars, and restaurants are easily reachable with a short stroll, while the property still offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. We would love to come back!

Fit for purpose for people just want a decent place to stay. Room is spacious and the decoration mainly good and new. Cleanliness excellent.  Bathroom is excellent.  Breakfast variety reasonable

For the brand name of Hilton I expect higher standard than others. If 1 things disappointed, I am too lazy to write a feedback but there were 3 disappointments for me. 1. Ask for a shower cap, staff took almost 30 minutes to bring up (should there be one in the room but none) 2. Staff making omelet egg skip my order and let 2-3 customers passed me and did not apologize. 3. Restroom toilet seat had yellow pee on the seat. Not just 1 toilet but both toilets for the public restroom on the 24th floor. And this happen at 8:30 am. Over all I am disappointed .

Wonderful, fresh hotel in a very good location. 7 minutes walk from the pier and 7 minutes to Sai Kaew beach. Everything you need in the room, water is replenished daily. The hotel is quiet. We rented 2 motorbikes for a day - it was cheaper than they offered everywhere. Upon arrival, we left a deposit of 1000 baht for 2 rooms, upon departure they returned it without any problems.

Got an old building, smell old buildings but with the good air con and great breakfast, it is quite good.

Be careful! This hotel has 2 zones that are not connected to each other. The distance is approximately 600 meters and there is only one zone next to the sea. But in the booking at Trip.com, there is no information on this matter. Pictures can mislead you. If you expect to stay in a beachfront hotel, you may be disappointed.

I liked the hotel, the location is good, close to the beach, the area is very beautiful and well-kept. House 12, all in greenery and flowers. But one minus: it is unrealistic to sleep on the mattress, the springs jump out, all night I was looking for a place so that they do not dig into the bones. Breakfasts are delicious, the restaurant is right on the beach, very beautiful. Wongamat beach itself was not impressive: in January in the morning you can swim, and in the evening such a low tide that it is scary to go near the sea. We went swimming on the neighboring beach Ao Chor.

Beautiful beach front hotel and all hotel staff are really amazing, very friendly and helpful. Appreciated for all their efforts to make our stay perfectly. The services and amenities should be 4 stars standard instead of 3 stars. Thank you very much and we would definitely stay again in the future

We stayed in February 2025 for 2 nights. In my opinion, the hotel is overpriced, the price-quality ratio does not match. Yes, it is well located between 2 beautiful beaches, there is a small infrastructure (there are a couple of shops nearby, cafes). Pros: fresh rooms, friendly staff at the reception, availability of private sun loungers, good breakfast. What I didn't like: 1. A very rude waitress in the restaurant, who ruined the whole impression of the hotel on the day of arrival. 2. Cleaning is useless! They just made the bed and put towels and water. They didn't even sweep the leaves that fell on the terrace overnight. 3. At breakfast, they give out omelettes/scrambled eggs, for which there is a crowd of people. Fried bacon is given out there, you stand with a plate as if you are begging. 4. Mosquitoes are a pain in the ass. The cost of the hotel is far from low (more than 200 dollars for 2 nights!), for this money they could at least install coils and it would be nice to treat the area.

We lived on the 3rd floor, which means you need to climb all the way to your room. It's okay if you like to exercise, but not okay for the people who are not active. Don't worry, just ask and they will help you with your suitcases. The view in the bathroom is great! And the bathroom itself is great. The room is okay, the bed is comfortable, just pillows are uneven... The breakfast is average... No coffee machine and the choices are very limited. Overall I would say that the price-quality ratio is very reasonable.

The hotel is conveniently located, but tuk-tuks do not bring you to it, you have to walk through the courtyards from the bus stop, the first time we thought we would not find it, then we got used to it when you know the way. The location is convenient, on the 1st line, but perpendicular to the sea, so the windows overlook the backyard and the restaurant toilet. Apparently, during the low season, the restaurant staff got used to sitting there, talking, playing with the children, it was difficult to relax during the day, there was constant noise outside the window. Even when we asked them to be quieter, after some time they gathered there again and talked endlessly loudly, watched videos, played games. Then they moved to the area in front of the reception, but they talked so loudly that the noise still interfered with rest. At the same time, you will not find employees in the restaurant when you need to order food or pay, they are all relaxing there for their own pleasure. The hotel has its own sun loungers on the beach, but the restaurant staff tried to kick us out from there on the first day and insisted that we should order something in the restaurant, this spoiled the impression, of course. It is strange that the hotel has a restaurant, but no breakfast, it would be more convenient with breakfast. At 9 am, large groups of Chinese tourists are brought to the restaurant, in principle, as in other neighboring restaurants on the first line. The room is not bad, but old, the bed is comfortable, the TV only has Thai channels. The toilet in the bathroom is leaking, the faucet, apparently the same is on the floor above, because water was dripping from the ceiling and there is mold on the ceiling, and in the toilet itself there is no ventilation and a terrible smell of mold. There is no toilet paper, in front of the entrance to the toilet there is a holder with thin napkins, which is very inconvenient. We lived on the 1st floor, since among us there were people with disabilities, in front of the room there is a table and two chairs, but sitting in front of the restaurant toilet is not at all pleasant. Also, the employees in this place eat their own food and sometimes the smells are very unpleasant. The hotel is for very unpretentious visitors, but the sea is wonderful and two steps from the beach. On the main street there are many restaurants, massages, two 7-11, currency exchange. It's a couple of minutes' drive from the ferry.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! As a couple, we found it to be the perfect getaway. The hotel is really nice—everything was clean and well-maintained. Our room was comfortable and spotless, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from both the town and the beach, making it easy to explore. Plus, there’s a scooter rental nearby, which was great for getting around quickly and easily. Overall, everything was great, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The hotel was right at the beach so it was very convenient. It also has a nice restaurant with breakfast, lunch, dinner menus so we never had to go too far for food. Some of the hotel staff were very nice and kind, some were cranky but that's alright. The AC in our room was leaking and we informed the hotel but they could only provide us towels to deal with the leakage. I booked quite last minute so I can't really complain with the room choice. All in all, I do recommend the hotel.

I really liked our house - an improved room. Clean, white and blue colors. The house has everything. In front of it there is a veranda with a table and two chairs, where you can sit perfectly in the evening. You have to go through another hotel to get to the sea, 5 minutes from us. Unfortunately, Vongduan Beach did not impress me. In January, the evening was such a huge low tide that it was unpleasant to watch. We went swimming to the neighboring Ao Chor beach.

Super view. Clean room. This is the marriott!!!!!!!!! I stay this hotel before samet island and after. Never forget

The hotel is not bad to stay there for a day or two, but not more. We got a deluxe room of modest size, especially the bathroom, which has a wardrobe, which is not very convenient. The beach is good, there is a place to walk, but in the evening during high tide the coastline becomes very narrow. At first we were even scared) but in vain, in the morning we enjoyed the gorgeous sea and the beach with golden sand.

Very comfy and friendly hotel in rayong. Room rate was reasonable, love the happy hours by the pool. Dinner at the pool was superb - all dishes were yummy!! We will definitely come back ❤️.

Great location. The beach is great, easy to access. Hotel stuffs are friendly and helpful, even security guard is very friendly. The room is not in great condition. It is a bit old and needs some maintainance.

It's a hotel that accepts a lot of tour groups, so if anyone wants to go, call and check with the hotel carefully. What days are there tours? But if anyone is not serious, they can rest because the tour will be available in their zone. But there may be shared swimming pools, which when the group lets them relax, there will be a lot of time in the pool. (And the dissatisfaction was that everyone didn't wear swimsuits in the pool. (If you leave your weight training clothes on, the pool becomes cloudy and dirty.) What is very dissatisfied is the hotel booking. We reserved the hotel more than a month in advance and paid first from the day of booking for 4 sea view rooms, but when we arrived, we checked in at about 5 p.m. at the reception. Informed that we apologize that the room may not be as requested. We requested that it be a room with a balcony and three double beds and one separate bed. This hotel can provide it. But in terms of the sea view, which we paid more for than the garden view, we couldn't get it back. The rooms we stayed in turned out to have pool views, three rooms, plus one room with a garden view that saw the sea very far away. Moreover, there was no TV in the room. One of the rooms had a very strong stench. which has already been reported to reception that I would like to change rooms But it appeared that there was a tour group that day, so the room was full. This is understandable, but I am very, very, very dissatisfied. Nice hotel along the beach in Klaeng. For a quick overnight stay the hotel was quite basic but ok.

The hotel is located in an interesting location, modern, good rooms, cool pool, but has many disadvantages. This: 1. Of the 5 days of our vacation, 2 times in the evening the pool was closed for a banquet, not for hotel guests. 2, the rooms are not cleaned every day, the level of cleaning is poor, under the bed was not cleaned even once. 3. Breakfast is cold, the choice is small. 4. Loud music until 23.00 from a neighboring hotel 5. They didn’t help with moving things upon check-in and check-out 6. The children lived on the second floor, the room had an unpleasant musty smell The level of the hotel is not worthy of 4 stars, maximum 3 and then only a stretch. The hotel manager needs to be changed.

This time I booked a double standard of the bubble house, and the room was very comfortable facing the sea. At night, you can open the curtain, you can really look up at the starry sky, and I haven't seen such a clean and pure starry sky for a long time. Feel very comfortable. Unlike other hotels on the island, the facilities here are very new, and the bubble house sparrow is small and complete. Very private, you can also stroll on the beach at night, grab crabs and conch with flashlights. Really interesting. Will come again in the future.

Cleanliness - The room was fantastic, spotless in fact, 5/5. Location - I give this 3/5 because the hotel is located at a beautiful beach. However, the street around the hotel has nothing else on it (not the fault of the hotel obviously). The beach itself is beautiful, I will repeat, but only immediately in front of the hotel. The rest of the beach is very dirty. Service - This is where this hotel becomes a real disaster, and if I could I would give this section 0/5. We checked in around 11pm to 11:30pm. The staff came to the counter while watching a movie on his phone and left the movie playing full volume whilst looking for our key. After a very long process of checking the computer he led us to a room. He stumbled a lot on his way and appeared drunk. When we got to the room, he looked inside and told us it was already occupied. He told us that our room had been sold to someone else because we were late checking in and led us back to the reception where he walked off somewhere without telling us any more information. We stayed at the reception and used the bathroom facilities in the meantime. I also proceeded to contact trip dot com's customer support to let them know about the issue. After a while had passed he came back and walked past us to the bathroom. After coming out of the bathroom he led us to a new room and told us that this room was now available. The whole thing was bizarre and we were caused to worry unnecessarily by being told that we didn't have a room. I cannot think of any justification for his actions and it started off the stay at this hotel very poorly. Amenities - The amenities provided by the hotel were adequate. They included a bottle of water in the room. I do like when hotels provide toothbrushes and other smaller things so that would be the difference between me providing a 4/5 and a 5/5 for this part.
