We were in this hotel with our family for a week to make a trip to different cities. It is a very clean and quiet hotel. In the hotel there were no mugs (important for us with allergies). The family room is very handy for a family. For a further contribution you can enjoy breakfast, we have done so. We also have parking our car (additional contribution). The staff were very friendly, especially Mrs Alla helped us very well, with a very comfortable stay for us.
It's about a 12-minute walk to the free onsen on the riverside. The hotel's own restaurant serves average Western food. It seems to be an Asian restaurant. You might find Asian dishes more appealing. Parking is a bit awkward. Even though I paid, I had to go to the front desk to exchange my ticket every time I used the car.
Very disappointed by the service but seems to be basic absence of Swiss hospitality .
Had to change room 3 times as it was fully smoked in not smocking room. Asked if hotel could offer plug for Swiss socket as my European one didn’t fit but they sell it with 15 franks . While leaving country 8 hours later preferred to have phone uncharged than buying plug at hotel.
They seem very greedy . Everything is over priced. But this hotel was in range or healthy price
In love with window.
The location of the hotel is very good, parking is very convenient, and free bus tickets to and from the center of Baden are sent to travel. The front desk service attitude is very good, feel at home. Since the buffet is served until 12 o'clock in the morning on weekends, it is necessary to prepare more bread and other food.
The room was clean, the breakfast was rich, near the station and supermarket, very convenient. There are many parking lots. The staff is friendly and speaks good English. Cleaning is also of high standards.
Yes, it was a pleasant trip, our room was quiet, modern and spacious. The wifi was fast, the breakfast was of decent quality even if not a lot of choice, the staff was friendly, the location was good, would definitely stay here again.

SSheilatori85Nice budget accommodation, free coffee, apples and bottles of water which was a nice touch. Next to a coop and just across from a station which also had a lidl and a couple of other shops, 25 mins from Zurich HB, room is small but has everything you need
GGuest UserVery good hotel, very close to the station, the traffic is very convenient, the surrounding scenery is not bad, the overall is quite satisfactory, the service is OK, the block is not bad, it is worth it
