I was in Labuan Bajo for business and Laprima was ideal. Within walking distance yet just far enough out of town to feel secluded, with spacious rooms that have an excellent sunset view (I had the ninth floor rooms facing the bay and islands). We rented a boat to explore the islands and used the very convenient jetty at Laprima. Breakfast buffet was average but the omelet from the egg stand was excellent. The coffee at the buffet was not too my taste so I ordered a cappuccino for Rp. 30.0000, Les than two USD for a decent cappuccino! Will definitely come again.

This hotel is very nice. The place and all the facilities look new and clean. The rooms are also very good (bed, mattress, shower, etc…) But, the service is terrible!!! The service is horrible!!! Special at the restaurant! Their service made me and my wife have an unpleasant experience in this hotel. The breakfast it’s the food from the day before, even the coffee! In the room’s tv they offer a SPA service but in the en they didn’t have any therapists available. In the restaurant we had to wait long long time for the food! I don’t recommend this hotel.

I absolutely recommend this hotel as a base for anyone who wants to explore the beauty of Labuan Bajo. 1. The location is just excellent. It's just a short drive from the airport. The hotel offers complimentary airport transfer, which is very convenient for the guests as Labuan Bajo has no online cab hailing. It's also a short walk from the port where all the boats depart and arrive. 2. The view is unbeatable. 3. The buffet breakfast is really good. They have cook-to-order nasi goreng. The bread and pastries are delicious. They even offer fresh mixed juice prepared on the spot. 4. The service is topnotch. They give complimentary cake and cookies every evening. There are free beverages in the mini fridge. They even give free 15-minute foot massage for one person for each room. For improvement, I suggest the hotel provide a towel rack in the balcony or at least clothes line in the bathroom, as after the water activities, there's nowhere to hang our wet clothes.

I arrived on schedule, but due to high occupancy, my room wasn’t immediately ready. However, the team more than made up for it by offering a complimentary lunch which was absolutely delicious. While waiting, I took the opportunity to explore the hotel grounds, and I was truly impressed by how thoughtfully designed and serene everything felt. The hospitality throughout my stay was nothing short of amazing. My only regret was staying just one night especially after experiencing the incredible breakfast spread the next morning. From authentic Indonesian and Asian dishes to Western favourites and an impressive selection of pastries, there was something for every palate. I also appreciated how family and kid-friendly the hotel is, while still maintaining a sense of privacy and calm. It never felt overcrowded, which made the experience all the more relaxing. I especially loved how the sunbeds were perfectly positioned to catch the sun ideal for that perfect holiday tan! The variety of activities available was great too, offering just the right balance between relaxation and recreation. A heartfelt thank you to Novi and the entire team for making my stay so memorable. Your warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism truly stood out. I’m beyond grateful for the support and care I received throughout my visit. I’ll definitely be back next time with my family in tow! Wishing your resort continued success you all truly deserve it.

Seemingly the grandest hotel, or at least the tallest, near the main tourist street and harbor (10-15min walk). Great views from the breakfast level and the pool. Air con was excellent and Wifi was generally strong, except for a couple hours of blackout one day. Strong service and clean rooms, although a bit cramped. Breakfast starts at 6am, although the food options are just average. The supermarket in the basement was convenient, although prices need to be labeled better. One main area for improvement was the shower: the drains were slow and the mounted head barely worked, making me have to use the hose only. But, overall, a solid experience in L.Bajo.

Local Collection Hotel is a place to enjoy the sunset with an Instagram-able spot 😍 other than that, I would say I'm delighted with the request that I wanted, which is a welcoming note of Happy Anniversary. Based on the food, during the evening, I ordered a pizza margarita, and it was so delicious! For breakfast, all the buffet items tasted good. It was fun staying here as all the hotel staff treated & good at taking pictures for us. I would recommend whoever wants to stay in Labuan Bajo, please book Loccal hotel ✨

Coffee shop service is excellent! Only 1 lift is working and I stay on 17 floor! Rooftop bar and dining is close, aircon is running half speed throughout the hotel..

First time staying at this hotel, my impression was ordinary, just a view of the lobby, a cafe facing the beach. The housekeeping cart was pushed, the noise was very disturbing. Just imagine, every time a guest passes by, the housekeeping stops so as not to make noise

The location is about 10-15 minutes drive from the airport and the pier. The hotel is right by the sea, with a beach and a swimming pool. It is an older four-star hotel, and the facilities are not new, but they are all clean and comfortable. The villa room I booked is very large, especially the room on the second floor is larger than the one on the first floor. The air conditioning is cold enough, which is very important. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, and the front desk communicates smoothly in English, especially Bony, who has a pure American accent and is self-taught, which is a bit amazing. The restaurant is right by the sea, with an unbeatable sea view. The breakfast is rich and the dinner price is very affordable. In general, if you don’t have to stay in a luxurious hotel like Ayana, Luwansa is a very cost-effective choice.

We stayed at Sudamala Resort after our 3D2N open trip around Komodo Island to relax and recharge. We booked a room with an indoor swimming pool, and it was absolutely remarkable spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The resort itself is incredibly peaceful, and all the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. We also tried the massage at the hotel, which was excellent and helped us unwind even more. What impressed me the most, however, was the exceptional service from one of the staff members, Huberth. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, he greeted us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you so much, Huberth! Your hospitality made our experience truly memorable, and because of you, we’ll definitely be back.
