I took my wife here for her 60th, amazing staff receptionist charlotte was warm and knowledgable, very kind giving us a token due to birthday. The infinity pool is amazing warm clean, Shrigley would make much more money if they served drinks while in the pool, but we would still be there now. The rooms are adiquate they are clean, the shower's are amazing, Dinning for evenning meal again was excellent, the service is 11/10 and I have been in a number of Spa the meal cost were really well priced with excellent food. Breakfast in the morning self service again pleanty to choose from and again tasty with great choice. It is a amazing spa with the ability toplay gold or have a number of treatments, and well priced, I will return there

My husband had a broken bone in his leg we where booked a room on the first floor. When he saw us he arranged for our room swap, offered us tea and coffee whilst we waited for this to be arranged. All staff were very professional and courteous offering to take our bags to the room. We will plan another trip as we were unable to use the facilities.

Fab hotel 🏨 with Fabulous Staff, who go out of thier way to accommodate ur every need.I do not understand why people post negative comments about this hotel, takin pictures of any mark they may find in the room. This is a historical hotel that charges as little as £41 a nite for 2 people. These people who complain need to get a life ,stop taking pics of a fly on the wall, get a grip it's a bed to sleep in at the end of the day,if u want the Lowry then go n pay the Lowry Prices. This pool is also better than the RADDISON, next to the Airport, if ur goin on holiday it's ideal,or even if u are goin into Manchester the public transport, trains, buses, are easy to get too.The staff are amazing from the cleaners, barstaff right up to the Manager, bar and food prices are very reasonable, they accommodate families, pets etc.so please 🙏 stop complaint n enjoy ur holiday etc 5 🌟 all the way thanks to u all and I will definatley be back Christina Ireland 🇮🇪 crazy 🤪 Lady ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 💕 💘

Hello, I stayed at your hotel for one night in a twin room with my dad in July. Date Friday 14th July 2023. We have just received a parking fine for parking in your car park. This is strange as we provided our car registration number when we checked in? Our booking number from Trip.com is: ***********. The check in voucher number is: **********. Please can you look in to this for me as I don’t live in the UK, I live in China. My dad received the letter and doesn’t know how to deal with this as he is 89 years old and can’t use the automated service on telephones and struggles with hearing, and my mum can’t help as she doesn’t speak English well. Please cancel the fine as it’s been sent to us in error. Car registration number: ******** Kind Regards, Miss Susan Sen

A decent and new-build hotel. At a convenient location, near a Waitrose, the town centre and Chester railway station. Recommended for those who would like to stay at Chester. The only problem is some of the light bulbs is broken. And I would like to say Chester is a great town with many historical buildings.

Check in was quick and easy although there was no information given about the hotel eg pool opening times other than dinner may be busy due to several coach parties being booked in. The room was clean and tidy and there was a nice handwritten note welcoming us alongside 1 single serve pack of digestive biscuits even though the booking was for 2 people. The bathroom had 2 large dispensers for shampoo and shower gel but the shampoo bottle was empty and this was only discovered once in the room. There was air conditioning which was appreciated due to the rare appearance of the British sun that day but unfortunately the unit itself was very noisy whilst running so needed to be turned off overnight. Beds were comfy and there was the option to order additional pillows from reception that wasn't needed. Check out was quick and easy and the staff did try to help us answer a question about a local bus route to aid us on our onward journey but unfortunately they did not have this local knowledge.
Roomzzz Chester City

Lovely fully equipped apartment. Was surprised to see such a gem just 5 mins away from the city centre. Endless supply of coffee, hot chocolate and water from the reception, and fresh Croissant provided for breakfast. This can be for long or short stays as it has all required kitchen equipment. The air conditioner works really well, iron, ironing board, a safe for keeping items, and multiple wall socket points. Parking is £10 overnight and wifi with good strength. A study/work table is also available . Truly loved it and can't wait to stay here again

The historic hotel has a British style. I stayed for three nights and it was worth the trip. Regardless of the hotel's location, facilities, hygiene, service, catering and surrounding environment, it is the best choice for traveling to Chester.

Check in was very easy and hassle free with three members of staff checking guests in. We arrived well before check in time of 15:00hrs but no early check in rooms were available so we had to return later to check in. Room size was adequate with comfy bed and quality pillows ensuring good rest. Hotel is very clean and is well staffed, only downside is the location that its not walking distance to the city centre but this is not a deal breaker due to parking at this hotel being a lot easier on the outskirts of the city centre.
