An elegant establishment offering a myriad of amenities, White Hills Hotel hosted me during a large-scale event, accommodating numerous guests. Consequently, I acknowledge potential subjectivity in my assessment, given the bustling nature of the occasion. Regrettably, the hotel appeared rather commonplace in the context of Sharm, failing to meet my preconceived expectations. Service standards, in particular, fell short in comparison to establishments of a lower tier. A discernible lack of order and organization was evident, notably during the check-in and check-out procedures, which seemed marred by temporary capacity challenges. Despite these shortcomings, a commendable aspect was the amiable and responsive nature of many staff members encountered. Their professionalism in addressing my concerns with empathy was noteworthy. Contemplating a return stay at White Hills Hotel warrants careful consideration. The observed lapses in service and organization may be contextualized within the framework of the hotel's current capacity constraints, urging a reconsideration when conditions are more favorable

The room environment is very good, the breakfast and lunch are very average, the main reason is that there are too many people, and you have to queue up to eat The italian restaurant dinner reservation was perfect and delicious Tucao: The contact information of the hotel is simply a decoration. I sent an email to book a pick-up ten days before the trip. Sharm El Sheikh has no rental, so I can only rely on the hotel to book a car. After sending more than a dozen emails, the first reply I received It turned out that they transferred it to their colleagues, and it was passed around, but no one resolved it. I had no choice but to ask Ctrip for help, but the dramatic result was that Ctrip couldn't even contact the hotel? I was convinced, thinking that I had to call this hotel as soon as I arrived in Egypt. When I arrived in Cairo, I used an Egyptian card to call the hotel, but no one answered, or it was a wrong call. I was very speechless. I traveled for fifteen days. This is the first time the country has encountered such a situation, and finally received an email confirmation. Then we arrived at Sharm El Sheikh Airport. We couldn’t see the driver who came to pick us up. We waited for 20 minutes. We couldn’t contact the hotel. We had to wait at the airport, speechless.

It is a very nice resort, everything looks great. The appartments are very clean. There are so many different activities you can do for example volleyball or you can go to the gym. There is a very nice spa area with massages. The food could be better though, or maybe I just have high standards. The animation team is the best they show you everything you can do there and they always help you. Especially Abram was a really good guy he came to the partys with us and we had so much fun together. So if you want to go to a party you dont have to worry about anything the animation team takes care of everything like the taxi etc. I had a really good time there and I would recommend it. Dominik

We booked a room in the adults-only area at Swissotel Sharm El Sheikh with my wife for our 10th wedding anniversary. This is our fifth visit to Egypt, and we have stayed in different hotels before. Unfortunately, our experience was limited to just a couple of days, as we were forced to change hotels. The main reason was the road noise. The adult section is located right facing a high-traffic road, which we were unaware of when booking. The noise from cars and other traffic can be heard in the rooms even when the balcony door is closed. We asked to change rooms but quickly realized that all adult rooms face the road, and there's no escape from the noise. After half a day of back-and-forth phone calls and a very pleasant conversation with the client relations team, we finally managed to switch to the Rixos Sharm Adult hotel. However, the hotel has many other issues. It's not a new hotel, as it was initially sold to us. Swissotel has taken it over from someone else, and the buildings and rooms are outdated and worn out. The beach is far from both sides, and on the way to the beach, there's an empty ghost section of vacant hotels that seem to belong to another hotel. The hotel appears overcrowded, and there was complete chaos in the large restaurant – for the first time in years, not a single server approached us during our two-day stay. There were no plates, and we wouldn't want to be here with children either. This might be one of the worst experiences we've had in Egypt. It has never happened before that upon arrival at the hotel, we were guided to our room with the words, ”you have a very good room, one of the best,” only to find people already in the room when we got there.

The service was very thoughtful. The reservation failed due to a system problem, but Ctrip helped to solve it. The only problem was that the beach side garden view room was a bit small.

A very good hotel. The promotional pictures are seriously inconsistent with the actual situation. It is recommended that the business re-shoot the promotional pictures. The actual decoration is very modern and new. There are also several restaurants (two of which are Chinese restaurants. The taste is average and limited. There are not many people and reservations are required. Haha) Overall, it is still very good! A large resort worth staying in! !

The room is relatively clean and has good lighting. There is a swimming pool outside the room (shared by three families) which is great. Employees in the swimming pool pump out part of the water and clean and filter it every night. Although some facilities are a bit old, it can be seen that the staff are cleaning and cleaning very seriously. The only criticism is that the sheets and quilts in the room are slightly stained (we brought disposable sheets and it didn't have much impact). The location arranged by the hotel is great. You can go to the beach and play in less than a minute's walk. There are many big fish in the shallow water. There is a dedicated area for snorkeling and the underwater scenery is available. The staff has a strong sense of service and the hotel has a very good price/performance ratio!

The renovated rooms (superior) are excellent. Modern, clean and have all the comforts you could need. The staff are friendly, facilities (multiple pools, slides and beach area) are well kept and the private coral reef is a superb spot to do some snorkeling! Food was slightly varied each day and you can book into one of the three restaurants free of charge (once per restaurant) for an A La Carte meal for dinner. We didn't do this due to time restrictions but looked like a good option to add some variety to buffet meals. Predominantly Russian and Italian clientele but all staff speak English. I thought this resort was great value. Enjoy :)
