Our stay at the Banyan Tree was an exceptional experience, lasting for a total of 7 nights. It stands out as the finest luxury resort I have ever visited, surpassing other high-end hotels and resorts I have experienced in the past. The location, although an hour away from the town, offers a secluded and tranquil setting amidst lush greenery, with stunning views of the mountains and beach. The attentive and accommodating staff ensured top-notch service throughout our stay, even providing small locally-made souvenirs each evening that reflected Vietnamese culture. From the warm welcome by the resort manager upon arrival to the romantic bath prepared for us on our last night, every detail was carefully thought out. We are already looking forward to returning in the future.

It's perfect for us ! From the day we check in, stay, and check out. The service was very humble and pleasant.
Onsen was a big big surprise ! And their spa treatment , really good that we wanted more.
Restaurant breakfast, dinner all we tried and it was very high standard. Locals shop really can't even make me feel wow at all compared to this.
We don't even need to go explore the city once we stayed because there are just so many thing to do and not enough time.
We will definitely come back again and our memories of Hue was made perfect because of Melia !

The hotel is in a good area, the decor was pleasant, however in the common areas ”no ar conditioner”.
They have a great sky bar at the last floor, with great view, however we couldn't stand to be there because of the heat. When asked why they didn't turned on the air the answer was because they accept smokers, so windows need to be opened!!! Too bad... we would love to have stayed there...
Additionally, the people are really nice and friendly, but their English are really hard to understand,

- This Resort, which I found while looking for a hot water pool in Hoi An, is a boutique resort with a decent size, good management, and good service.
- You can use the public swimming pool, but you can also use the upgraded heated pool for an additional fee.
- When you check in, you get a welcome tea, and you get a dessert mixed with banana and tapiocapo.
- You can take a bath in the bathtub with a view of the river in the bathroom
- As a welcome, there were sesame snacks like traditional snacks.
- Not expensive for room service
- There are a total of five types of aroma oil that can be used for massage.
- When it was over, they served hot tea and dragon fruits.
- Tour the private garden

Second time back at Angsana Lang Co! Very relaxing and quiet, loved the pool, the ocean is super refreshing, good pool bar with good happy hour deals. Service in Rice Bar could be slightly improved, but had a wonderful meal and experience at Water Court with complimentary appetisers and welcome drinks. Also went to a happy hour drink at the bar above and that was also great for a night cap. Room was good, clean and comfortable but not completely sound proof from the hallway so a bit noisy if you are trying to sleep in with the early risers getting up. Great place for families or couples, but keep in mind that it is quite far away from the hustle and bustle if that is what you are looking for.

The resort was set in the most beautiful location on the water and surrounded by lush vegetation. The accommodation was spectacular and you could hear the waves lapping round the stilts of our immaculate little bungalow as you slept. The staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and chatty, always seeming interested in how your day had been and eager to make you feel at home. We had several body treatments in the waterside Spa and the tranquil atmosphere was the most relaxing I've ever experienced. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the local specialities definitely worth a try. All in all the experience was second to none and I'd highly recommend it to anyone traveling to this part of the world.

The hotel environment is elegant, warm and comfortable, with two outdoor swimming pools, many lush plants in the courtyard, small bridges and flowing water with fish swimming freely, and the staggered terrain is natural and novel, like a tropical jungle that is refreshing. The unique retro atmosphere in the restaurant and the elegant and unique classical architecture are worth appreciating carefully, and you can enjoy the different feelings while dining. All service staff are of excellent quality, and guests do not need to carry their luggage by hand, and the service is very thoughtful. It is rare to see 👍. Breakfast is also ordered from the menu, and the taste is excellent and the quality is superb. There are too many details worthy of praise in this hotel 👍

My second stay there and hopefully not my last one. If you are looking for a relaxing spa hotel surrounded by beautiful nature and calmness then Alba is your place. Modern architecture, lots of green, great pool, plenty of relaxing activities like yoga and meditation, the onsen, the massages etc.
Staff is extremely nice, professional and helpful. I didn't want to leave but unfinished can't do holidays forever
