It was a superb stay at Lub d Phuket fun, memorable, and beyond expectations! The service was over the top, with the staff going above and beyond to make our experience extra special. It was my boyfriend’s birthday, and the team’s warm hospitality made it truly unforgettable. From the thoughtful surprise waiting in our room a beautifully arranged birthday greeting on the bed and a heartfelt handwritten letter to their genuine friendliness, every detail added magic to our trip. Beyond the incredible service, the hotel's vibrant atmosphere and prime location made it the perfect getaway. The modern, stylish spaces, social vibe, and fantastic amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. Lub d Phuket has set the bar high, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

This was my return visit to this hostel, and I must say I was dissppointed. Last time, on another platform, I gave it an 8/10 rating, but now I think I was too generous. Besides smiling, but not good English-speaking staff (and smile doesnt always solve problems like an informed action), and affordable price, it was hard to find all those benefits I thought this hostel had. Hot water dispenser wasnt working, but even cold drinking water wasnt accessible - i had to ask the staff 3 times for somebody to refill the machine. But the next morning empty again - there should be a system in place and not counting on guests for chasing down staff to fix it whenever the water tank is empty. I say chasing as there is rarely someone at the reception. They might be cleaning the rooms (good luck in finding them), but frankly rooms werent that clean. Floors were praying for mopping, dust in the bathroom fan wanted to leave too... there was even a clearly visible stain on my bed sheet upon checking in, but the staff replaced the sheet immediately (they could have spotted it when they were making the bed the first time maybe? Locker was not working, so the member of the staff had to use knife to make it work. The other storage place was also full of some crumble, i assume it is not on the cleaning list too often. AC in the room didnt seem to work properly. There was always a feeling of the temperature being too cold, whether the tehermostat was fixed at 18 or 25 degrees Celsius, you were freezing even undet the blanket. Privacy curtains are still transparent (?), and the doors of the room close loudly. Shower was more of a drizzle - the water pressure did not meet basic requirements. In the first shower, it wasnt even warm. I entered the second one, where the heater was working better, but you could not shower with water practically just dripping on you. All in all, there are other similarly priced hostels in Phuket that offer a better service.

I stayed at the 6 Beds Mixed Dorm. It was good. We arrived late so there wasn't anyone to check us in physically. We had to message the provided WhatsApp number. The receptionist was very responsive. I wished they could have given us a bottle of water and a bath towel. All and all it was a good stay.

Good location. Able to walk to Patong beach only 15-20 mins. Friendly staff. Room needs to be more clean. Bed is quite hard. Should have 1 hanger inside the capsule in case guest need to hang there cloths. Recommend to stay in this poshtel

Amazing hotel! You get your own private entrance and parking spot if needed. Its clean, quiet, spacious and the staff are lovely and provide towels and water everyday. There is a shared kitched by the front of the building. And a few shops nearby.

Amazing hotel, I'm very sad that I just stayed one night. The staff was amazing and the place was really clean. If you want a place close to the airport this is it, I walked from the hotel to the airport, was a 10 minutes walk.

I lived in an eight-bed female room. There is a lobby on the floor. There are lockers where it is better to leave your personal belongings. For breakfast - tea, coffee, cookies, fruit, toast with butter and jam. The hotel has a shop where you can buy beach clothes and accessories. You can also order sea activities or sea trips to the islands at the reception. There is a pier nearby, from where you can go to the islands. Clean towels are provided in the room every day.

Although the price was very low, it was a clean and comfortable hotel. The air conditioner remote control in the room I stayed in was broken and I couldn't change the temperature or turn it off. The temperature was originally set low, so the room was very cold and I had to wear lots of jackets. The person at the front desk said I would call a technician right away, but that was a lie. The technician never came. Also, it was very disappointing that the drain in the bathroom was clogged and the water in the shower only flowed slowly, causing the bathroom to flood. Other than the problems with the air conditioner and bathroom, and the lack of an elevator, the facilities are very good. I had a comfortable stay. It's close to the bus stop for the airport, so it's recommended for a stay before returning home.

If you're looking for an affordable place to stay on your budget trip, I highly recommend MyPatong Hostel. The staff was friendly and politely inform us that the room was not ready because we arrived quite early on the day. But, since it was our first time traveling to Patong, we dont mind to wait and left our luggage at the counter. There was so many places to explore nearby. Other than that, not only it is pocket-friendly, but it's also conveniently located just a 3-5 minute walk away from the hostel to the vibrant night market, where you can indulge in delicious local food, shopping mall, explore tour centers, enjoy the nightlife at clubs, relax on the beach, massage and even shop for souvenirs. It's the perfect hub for all your adventures!🌙🍽️🏖️🛍️
