The first time I traveled abroad alone, I started from Luang Prabang. I am very glad that I chose this youth hostel, which made a good start for my solo trip in Southeast Asia. I am full of expectations for the next trip!
First of all, the public area environment is superb! The large swimming pool, open restaurant bar, open-air green plants, and I happened to meet employees climbing trees and cutting coconuts to drink... Each item makes the holiday feel 11111. Even if you don't go shopping on the street, just staying here to bask in the sun or lie down is a very comfortable and pleasant enjoyment.
Most of the people living here are Europeans and Americans. The restaurant bar provides simple meals and drinks. Get up early and watch the 1.9-meter-tall foreigners with double doors in the swimming pool. Drink a cup of coffee, a salad or yogurt. It's pleasing to the eye and in a great mood! Or it's also comfortable to have a few drinks in the breeze at night. Chinese people don't cheat Chinese people, sisters, just go!
There are also many kittens here. The cats are smart and clingy. When they see you have food, they will come to you and stick to you. They cheated all the eggs and meat in my salad!
The location is only a few hundred meters away from the entrance of the night market. Luang Prabang is not big, so you can go anywhere, which is very convenient.
Finally, let me talk about the staff. They are very friendly. Everyone smiles, which makes people feel good. The front desk can also exchange currency, which is very convenient.
In short, it is a super satisfactory experience. If I have the opportunity, I will come to Luang Prabang again for this place!

Thanks to friendly Ms.Tian and her team.

Located within a 5-minute walk of Wat Xieng Thong and half a mile of Night Market, Barn Laos Luangprabang Heritage provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Luang Prabang. Free WiFi throughout the property. A tour desk can provide information on the area.
At the hotel, each room has a private bathroom with a shower.
The area is popular for cycling, and bike rental is available at the accommodation.
Popular points of interest near Barn Laos Luangprabang Hostel include Mount Phousy, National Museum and Wat Nong Sikhounmuang. Luang Prabang International Airport is 3.7 miles away.
The hostel is well located and within walking distance of major sites. It is close to a minimarket and a few restaurants. Beds are big, and breakfasts are included in the already very affordable price. The owner is very helpful and hilarious. When I came and was really starving, he offered to cook something for me. As I was worried about not being able to book a car ride to the airport, he eventually drove me there on his scooter. He is very chatty and willing to share his enriching living expériences.
God. I should sad this hostel is amazing.
Comfortable bed, large space, good service, good location, free swimming pool, cheap price. Can’t tell any shortcoming.
You can even use your US dollar here.

Very good, the location is great, right by the Lancang River, and close to the main attractions, but there are a lot of geckos in this place, you can see the little cuties when you look up, the facilities are really average, but if you need help, you can get help from the boss, the price-performance ratio is very good

GGeorge MuletThe front desk was very accommodating. They let me check in early and check out late. It’s a Chinese hotel and the front desk operator spoke Chinese. You can communicate with him via WhatsApp or a translator app.
The room was cozy and had what I needed. Water, shampoo, shower gel, dental kit and towels.
The front desk operator was even kind enough to take me to the airport on his motorbike after I checked out!
Very chill stay.
XXavierBREstablishment with functional and very nice wooden bungalows. They have everything you need. The family that runs it is very friendly. They have a bicycle to go to the center, since it is far from the town. Walking 15 minutes, but unlit area, on the same road. If you want a quiet place for a couple of days, perfect.
YyucalinThis hotel has a good location and is convenient for going anywhere☆
In particular, the morning market, night market, and alms-giving are really close by!
Although some parts felt old, the atmosphere was stylish, the breakfast was luxurious (although it took a while to be served), and the staff were friendly.
However, the bath had no partition, so if you were traveling with someone, even if it was a family member or a partner, I think it might be a little awkward (^^;)

GGuest UserIt's ok for solo traveler. The slow and limited wifi was never fixed as promised I realized that it was slow probably because the staff is obsessed with their phones, unsure if it's games or whatever. The owner said they've been open for 6 months, staff is young and polite but are inexperienced and focused on their phones even when dealing with my requests or questions. The thin pads on the bed platform is uncomfortable , walls are thin and music can go on pass 11pm.
Also Trip.com algorithm seems to keep changing pricing, the p4ice is different if I'm renewing vs launching a new search, irritating and annoying.

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with this stay. The owner just took over and renovated the hotel. I was one of the first guests to stay there. The hotel's location is really great! There is an ATM machine opposite, which makes it very convenient to withdraw money. It only takes three to five minutes to walk to the largest local supermarket, so shopping is not difficult at all. A little further ahead is the unique ”Vietnamese Hair Washing Street” where prices are cheap and they also help with head massage. It is really enjoyable to relax during the trip.
There are also many places to eat around the hotel, with restaurants everywhere. There is a Chinese-owned barbecue restaurant about five minutes’ walk from the back of the hotel. It opens in the evening and is perfect for a midnight snack. Another thing I particularly like is that there is a large motorcycle rental point next to the hotel. It is very convenient to rent a motorcycle and you don’t have to worry about transportation when you go out to play.
In short, this hotel is not only comfortable to stay in, but also has very complete surrounding living facilities. I will choose here again next time I come!
OONEWORLD_DEVELOPERThe owner was very impressive.
He was very kind and very proactive in all my requests,
and I was satisfied with the very reasonable price.
The facilities are crude and the taste may vary depending on the nature of each country, but if you don't ask the owner, you will leave without feeling the warmth of the hotel...how nice of a person he is.
So if you don't feel distant due to language barriers and talk,
I think you will have a good trip.
GGuest UserThe capsule-type private room was stress-free and comfortable. However, the walls were thin and I could hear the noise from the rooms next door, which was a bit annoying.
