The food is amazing here and its very quiet . The view is one of a kind, definitely recommended for backpacker since the price is affordable. A great place to work too as the wifi is very fast and stable.

Got a room on the 2nd floor, a room on the front side. Balcony next to the road The car sound is very loud. The room has no soundproofing from the outside at all. Loud and disturbing to the point of not being able to sleep. therefore requesting to change rooms which the employees understand and can change So got a room next to the balcony on the 4th floor. The car noise was still loud. But it's better than the 2nd floor. I'd like to recommend that the hotel find a way to block noise from outside. Because overall it's a good hotel, clean, lovely staff. But it's just that the noise from outside can easily come into the room.

Excellence in all categories. I was warmly welcomed, the house attendants were accommodating and cheerful, the porters were on the ready every time I needed them. The bed was comfortable, the aircon and wifi excellent. The location is filled with restaurants, convenience stores, bakeries, dispensaries and within walking distance to a mall. I highly recommend this property.

I went to check in late afternoon around 5.20 pm. After getting into the room no. 202 we instantly found that the room wasn’t cleaned up yet(or maybe it was still occupied)!! This is unacceptable. We were so shocked. The bed, pillow, blanket...etc were still messed and not made (luckily nobody was in the room) We then were assigned to another room which was 204. This room was okay. One good point that the male staff did apologize us but he said that maybe the system was inaccurate!! Thinking of our check in time at 5+ pm which was pretty late already, they should have checked and prepared the room for the arriving guest. Imagine if there was someone in the room when we entered, what would have happened? พักครั้งแรกก็ไม่ประทับใจ เข้าพักระหว่าง 6-7 กุมภาพันธ์ 2564 ไปเช็คอินประมาณ 17.20 น. (ซึ่งก็ถือว่าช้าแล้ว) พอเปิดประตูเข้าไป ห้องแรก 202 สภาพที่เห็นคือห้องถูกใช้แล้ว เตียงนอน ที่นอน ผ้าห่ม ฯลฯ อยู่ในสภาพที่ยังไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด เลยรีบออกมาและแจ้งพนักงาน พนักงานก็รีบหาห้องใหม่ให้คือ 204 (ห้องนี้ปกติ) พอลงไปสอบถามพนักงานว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้น พนักงานก็แจ้งว่าไม่ทราบเหมือนกัน เพราะเขาทำงานแค่เสาร์-อาทิตย์ แต่น่าจะเป็นที่ระบบ?? ขนาดเราว่าเรามาเช็คอินช้าแล้ว และโรงแรมก็ไม่ได้เต็มหรือยุ่งมาก แสดงว่าก่อนเราเข้าพัก ทางโรงแรมฯ ไม่ได้เช็คหรือเตรียมห้องไว้ล่วงหน้าเลย ยังโชคดีที่ตอนที่เราเข้าไปห้องแรก ไม่มีลูกค้าคนอื่นอยู่!! สิ่งที่ตามมาคือ คืนนั้นทั้งคืนมันก็ทำให้เรานอนไม่หลับสนิท เพราะระแวงว่าโรงแรมฯ จะส่งลูกค้าคนอื่นมาซ้ำห้องเราอีกไหม (First impression is the last impression) อยากให้โรงแรมฯ ตรวจสอบและหามาตรการระมัดระวังไม่ให้เกิดเหตุการณ์แบบนี้เกิดขึ้นอีกในอนาคต ปล.พนักงานผู้ชายที่เป็นคนเช็คอิน รับมือกับสถานการณ์ได้ดี หาห้องใหม่เปลี่ยนให้ พูดจาเพราะและขอโทษหลายครั้ง

I decided to stay at the hostel because it said it was new in 2023. The stay was very clean and more comfortable than I had imagined. The sleeping area was very clean and tidy, and new bath towels could be added for 30 baht a piece if wanted. Breakfast was included in the plan. Waffles available. There are two air-conditioners in the room, but they are set at 23°C. It was very cold and I could not sleep, so I told the front desk to adjust the temperature. 2023年に新しくできたホステルと書いてあったので、泊まってみることにしました。想像以上にとても清潔で快適な滞在を過ごすことができました。寝る場所はとても清潔に整えられていて、新しいバスタオルが欲しければ1枚30バーツで追加することができる。朝食は含まれているプランでした。ワッフルを食べることができる。部屋にクーラーが2つありますが、23度に設定されていて、とても寒くて眠れなかったのでフロントに伝えて温度調整してもらいました。

Everything was clean. Hostel staff were really nice. There's a 300 baht deposit which will be refunded when you check out. There's two tables and four chairs out in front of the hostel lobby for smoking which I loved. Definitely would come here again. There's a 7/11 and a laundromat five minutes away from the hostel.

Stayed here for 4 nights during Songkran week. The hotel is basically beside the National Stadium train station, so it's very much accessible. It's walking distance to malls like MBK, Siam Paragon, Siam Square, Siam Discovery. Room is clean. Shared shower/toilet is well maintained despite some people being too messy when taking a shower and getting the floor wet. The hotel has an open setup, so the corridors are exposed to open air, so you get some airflow (despite the Bangkok heat), although that also exposes the rooms to a lot of the noise pollution since the front is a main road and a train station. They have a theater room if you want to watch a movie, and they also have co-working spaces that you can use if you need to work. Breakfast is simple, offered by the TokioJo Restaurant. You only have 3 options to choose from, so I basically got to taste all 3 during my stay. But you can also order for lunch/snacks/dinner and even some drinks if you want to chill. Staff are great, they allowed me to check in when I arrived at 11am BKK time, and they also answered all my inquiries. TokioJo staff was also very accommodating when I had my meals there. For housekeeping, I didn't have my room cleaned during my stay, but I could say they cleaned the shared toilet/shower well on a daily basis. I think if there's a criticism that I could share, I wish the hotel had a lift. My room was at the 4th floor (topmost), and after a whole day of walking, the last thing I would like to do is put more strain on my knees and climb the stairs up to the room. I have a bad knee and after walking the whole day to join the water festival activities, my legs were really painful. Let me tell you, it became a struggle to come up to my room, to the point that I would not want to go down after I have already reached my room. So take note of this point if you plan to book this hotel. To be honest, I probably would think twice booking the hotel if I knew beforehand that they didn't have a lift, only because I had a knee problem. If you're coming from Don Meuang Airport, take the Red line to Bang Sue Grand, switch to Blue line to Silom station, switch to Sala Daeng station in the Sky Train (green line) and go to the National Stadium.

Friendly staff, good for a one night stay - close to airport to fly out - room slightly small nearly studio size .. no complaints

The location was ideal for the type of trip we selected. It seemed as though the hotel had recently been renovated and the room we had booked was pretty big - a triple. The shower and bathroom were also big enough and the rooms amenities were sufficient enough. The night staff were quite friendly and helpful but the day staff were quite hostile and unfriendly. The location of the hotel was right in the middle of Khaosan road which is ideal if you’re looking for a good party every night but a distance if you’re lugging big bags as you’re transport does not arrive at the hotel entrance. However there are many really nice cafes and restaurants close by. Also there’s a lot of other attractions very near. The rooftop bar and pool area is also a really nice spot to relax and unwind. All in all, it was really good value for money.
