The main advantage of this hotel is its convenient location on the most beautiful beach and at the same time next to the main street where restaurants and bars are located. There are comfortable sun loungers on the beach and there are enough of them for all guests. The rooms are simple: two beds, two bedside tables, a table, a safe and a refrigerator. The downside was that there was not even a kettle in the room and there was cold water in the shower. The price for accommodation is greatly overpriced.

The rooms are extremely well kept, clean with really good quality smooth bedsheets and great towels. Air-conditioner are well serviced and cold. The window sound insulation are a little poor so choose rooms further in premise if u are light sleeper. No access to beach from hotel. Parking available for about 5-6 vehicles for free.

We booked a family room. There are two 1.8-meter beds in the room. Generally speaking, they are clean and the rooms are large. The hotel location is not far from Pattaya Beach, which is about ten minutes away from the pedestrian street. The front desk staff was nice, polite and welcoming. After staying one night, I changed to a hotel by the sea the next day, so I couldn't compare it with other hotels of the same price category. The disadvantages are: the air conditioner is noisy, the water coming out of the water pipe is not clean (black), so I did n’t dare to take a bath, consulted the front desk. Another good hotel also found that the flush toilet water was not clean, but the bath water was clean. Perhaps it is because it is far from the land and the fresh water resources are limited). Not recommended if bringing children. Besides, the bread sold in the shop is delicious, haha.
