The hotel was great, one of the best of our stay! The owner is infinitely kind, she loves her hotel and loves to advise on what to do in the surrounding area. The room was modern with all the necessary equipment and very well decorated. Breakfast was the best of our vacation: scrambled eggs, ham, salad, homemade cakes, squeezed orange juice, etc.

Baan Lhang Wangh, house behind the palace

Here's my take on this place after staying here for one night: * You'll wake up in the morning seeing the ruins of the 4-century-old royal palace. * There's a temple and a museum in the complex, just 5 minutes away from this place if you walk. * The river is within a 10-minute walking distance. * Wat Phra Si Rattana Mahathat temple built in the 14th century is nearby. You can go there by rickshaw. * The host and the staff are extremely hospitable and friendly. They'll arrange tours for you if you ask and give you a curated itinerary. * The place is complete with high quality amenities and electronic appliances.
