I have to praise this B&B. It has a great location and great service. You can face the Baima Snow Mountain, Meili Goddess Peak, General Peak, and Kawagebo Peak while lying in the room. The guys and girls at the front desk are all very nice and answer all my questions. I was also lucky enough to see the Purple Mountain, the Atlas Comet, which appears once every 60,000 years, and the Golden Mountain in the Rizhao. I am so lucky!

The inn is at the highest position of Shangyubeng. The scenery is beautiful and the view is great. As soon as you open the curtains, you can see the snow-capped mountains opposite, and the snow-capped mountains you see are larger than those seen in other inns. In short, it is super beautiful. If you get up early, you can see the golden mountain in the sun. If you go to the ice lake, the distance is quite close. The boss is very nice, enthusiastic and humorous. Not only did he find someone to help us move the boxes to the door of the room when we checked in, but he even found an uncle to carry our giant boxes to Meilixue Inn when we left. The food in the inn is also very delicious. My sister cooks super Sichuan cuisine. If you can eat spicy food, I strongly recommend the double pepper beef. My friend and I came for a few days and ate for a few days. When we left, we had dinner there. You can imagine how delicious it is! Next time when the road in Xidang is repaired and it snows in Yubeng, my friend and I will come again and stay in this inn😊😊😊

I stayed in Yubeng for four or five days and I particularly liked this inn. The lady boss was very enthusiastic and explained some of our doubts and local customs to us. She also took great care of us. She made me feel like my mother. The store provided food, drinks and guaranteed stores. There is food and breakfast available. It is very convenient to book a day's hiking. The most important thing is that the location is very good. It is located between Shangyubeng and Yubeng. It is convenient for any route. I have walked almost every route, including the included ones. The road to the village is also accessible. This location is really suitable. The windows of each room face the snow-capped mountains, which is very suitable for viewing. Fortunately, I can see the sunshine of Jinshan Mountain while lying down in the room. Anyway, I saw it while lying down and it was a good experience. I hope I can come here with my loved ones or bring my children next time to read the message I wrote in the inn. Finally, I wish the proprietress a prosperous business.

Before booking, I hesitated for a long time between Meili Songzan and going down the mountain. In the end, I chose to go down the mountain. I made the right choice and was very satisfied with the stay. The hotel service is excellent. I personally think it is better than Shangri-La Songzan Linka. The room was upgraded for me. There is diffuse oxygen supply in the room, cotton towels and disposable bathtub sets are provided in the bathroom, and the drinks in the refrigerator are also very attentive. The good night dessert is very sincere. A heater is provided for fear of cold. The restaurant cooperating with the hotel is delicious. The view from the observation deck on the fourth floor is amazing, facing Meili Snow Mountain. The staff at the bar are very enthusiastic at night. The staff will use astronomical telescopes to observe the stars at night. I saw Saturn for the first time. In the morning, ginger tea and black tea will be provided at the observation deck, and a mobile phone holder will also be provided. Although I didn’t see the sunrise on Jinshan this time, it was still a very satisfactory stay and I will come again. Finally, a collection of snow mountain poems was given when I checked out. The only regret is that the hot water in the bathroom is not fast enough or hot enough.

Yourland Hotel is run and operated by a very hard working lady who essentially does everything herself - from welcoming guests, cooking breakfast, cleaning the rooms and washing the bed sheets & laundry. The rooms are very clean and neatly organised, it has all the comforts that any hiker should need in such a remote location that is high up in the mountains (e.g. electric blankets, warm showers, etc.) Please do note that the warm water does need sometime to reheat especially if another guest takes a shower right away after the first guest. It will not be sufficient time for the water heating machine to heat the water. You should take note of the number that is displayed on the water heater. By default in our room, it showed the number of 44 and after the first guest took the shower, it went down to 19. If someone takes a shower right away at that moment, it will be cold so the next person should wait a bit until the number displayed moves up. The views in the morning are amazing as you can see the mountain ranges on three different sides so you get a very good panoramic view from the terrace of the hotel. After a long day of hiking, our moods were lightened up when we were welcomed by the friendly and playful Labrador Retriever whose name is Dou Dou. Such a lovely dog ＜3. I would recommend you to stay here if you are looking for a place to stay in Upper Yubeng, it's good base for your planned hikes to the Glacier Lake and Nise Ranch. The place might be a bit difficult to locate if you arrive in Yubeng late at night (like we did since we walked all the way from Ninong, which was really tiring), but once you get the gist of it, it's very easy to remember and locate.

預訂時主要因為酒店就在瀾滄江邊海拔才2100米，可避免高反，周邊有雨崩村、明永冰川、飛來寺等，房間衞生很好，床的軟硬正合適，有大落地窗，從丙中洛經德貢公路到達酒店時，正下雨，窗外一片雲霧，床上休息了一會，再向窗外一看，正好雲層開了個口子，卡瓦格博雪山就在眼前！！！至今仍沒有合適的詞來形容當時激動的感覺。去酒店的觀景平台坐下，泡一杯茶，就這樣靜靜的看着雪山、冰川、瀾滄江、及酒店附近的大片的葡萄園。老闆説如八月份來，葡萄等各種水果就都熟了，現在葡萄還太酸。晚飯點一份香菇炒肉及一份自家地裏的青菜，做的很可口，滇西北的環線自駕途中，這是最放鬆、喜悦的一天。酒店衞生間是自動馬桶，可能是後來升級的，感覺有點高。

The place is fine. I’ll just say that. The bunk bed was fairly clean, but the public toilets are not clean the whole time. The cleaning staff comes to clean the toilets once a day or once every two days which makes the experience a bit uncomfortable. The food they sell is very tasty, but make sure you order early because they run out of it very quickly

The name of the inn and the service are actually attached, which is really warm and homey. The food is hygienic and the service is intimate and thoughtful. My wife and I came back late on foot from the ice lake, and the boss called to ask again and sent someone to find it very moving.

The space is more spacious than expected It felt like I was back in my own country. The quilt was a little heavy, but we slept well. The restaurant downstairs is delicious and suits our taste very well. We ate there for 2 nights in a row and it was raining after we finished eating. The food in the restaurant is delicious, and the lady boss is very nice. Regarding the Coke I brought, I just asked if I got it here or if I brought it myself. There was no ill intention at all. I thought it was strictly forbidden to bring your own food. The inn also has 12 cats, which are so cute. They have cat toys and electric blankets, which is really great in the countryside. Will recommend it to friends who want to live in Shangyubeng

This is, by far, one of the cleanest, well kept places in Upper Yubeng village. The room I stayed in was very spacious, immaculately clean, and had a lovely view of the mountains to the side picture window. At night I slept with the window open to feel the cool mountain breeze, and it was lovely to be awakened by the sound of mules baying rather than the honking of cars in the big city! It is clear that the owners of this inn, two young brothers, have a vision for this place that is quite different than the other inns around. From the quality of the towels and the bedding, to the Zen open concept communal area downstairs, there is more of a Western feel to this hotel than others I have stayed in in the area. While the upper floors contain the private rooms, the bottom floor is more like a hostel with rooms that contain 4 to 5 beds. There is a pool table right outside those rooms so you can entertain yourselves in the evening after hiking. Another great thing about the end is the two brand new big load washing machines where, for only 10 RMB, they provide soap and you can wash and hang your sweaty clothes after a day on the mountain. The shared sinks, toilets, and showers, for the hostelers are equally as immaculate as the private rooms upstairs. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a hostel as clean as this one! The kitchen also serves up good food and there’s plenty of cold beer and other drinks in the fridge in the reception. One thing I forgot to mention, is that on the upper floors there are small areas where you can sit in a swing chair or at a table and read a book or drink tea. Also, though I didn’t ask for it myself, I saw other guests at the end of the day soaking their feet in traditional wooden barrels provided by the hotel. Both of the brothers were lovely and highly accommodating. I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to others traveling in the Yubeng area!
