'Southern Serenity' is a magnificent, luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bath resort condo located on the waterfront with spectacular unobstructed views of the Caribbean waters, Cruz Bay, the mountains of St. John and ten surrounding islands. The town of Cruz Bay, the ferry dock and taxi stand are just a short walk on the beach away from your location. In Cruz Bay you will find plenty of shopping and many fine restaurants, as well as, two grocery stores, a bank, a library and several churches.Furnished with two king beds, two twin beds and a pull out sofa, it's ideal for a family or a few couples. The twin beds may also be converted to a King bed. If St. John is your wedding destination, Southern Serenity is perfect for your bridal party or wedding guests. Top quality linens and towels are provided as well as beach towels, beach chairs and coolers. Beautiful Studio unit located at the popular Grande Bay Resort. It is located on the harbor in Cruz Bay and is walking distance to town and all town has to offer as well as a few National Park beaches. This unit is located in the back building near the pool and hot tub.The unit has a brand new King size seagrass bed with new pillow top mattress.The unit has an ensuite bathroom, kitchenette complete with coffee maker, microwave, full fridge, toaster and blender. There is a newly remodeled modern kitchen with white cabinets. There is a washer and dryer and a great balcony to watch the sunset.The unit also has a Queen size sofa bed and can sleep 4 people.
