Check in and check out is disgusting It takes a while only 1 receptionist available When checking out there was 1 guest who was checking in who took so long when we we’re about 4 waiting with only 1 receptionist Plse don’t be mean add others when I was checking in it was the same  If your planning to check out and your in a hurry better leave early or you will be late

The rooms are warm and comfortable, clean and hygienic, no noise impact, and the surrounding environment is elegant. There is a cafeteria on the second floor, a gym with all the equipment, and the swimming pool water quality is crystal clear.

The hotel is conveniently located on a main road, just over 20 minutes from the airport. The breakfast was also good, quite generous for Africa. The price was reasonable, the decor was relatively new, and there were some personal touches, like the paintings on the headboard walls. The staff was very welcoming, and there's also a gym and swimming pool. A very considerate accommodation.

Very quiet, the restaurant tastes very good, the service is the kind of impulsive service that makes people want to tip, especially the bed is very comfortable, it is a quality accommodation

Please go to Joshua in the front desk who will make you feel very much welcome and even offer you upgrades, and free welcome Tanzania wine and fruits! Shout-out also to Khadijah our housekeeping manger who made sure all is smooth at arrival.. Really appreciated! Room is classy, clean, and sharp! Hotel is in good location few steps from ferry terminal. Personnel are extremely friendly! Please stay here.

We meet the manager when we check out.he is so nice and thoughtful to tell us we can get into the reception room to wait our taxi and even get us a drink. Even though the hotel is not that good as we excepted, but the service is amazing make us feel at home.

Ideally located for where I needed to be for couple of days. Nice room, clean, comfortable, good wifi and generally a nice stay.

Happy with the service, staff were polite and helpful...breakfast was descent and room service meals were reasonably price...I especially loved their spring rolls, samosa and masala tea!

I recently visited this hotel and the hotel restaurant and had an excellent experience as they offered me an early check-in. The service was good and the waiter, Seif, was very attentive and friendly.

The check-in took too much time, more than 30 min. The front desk can't manage to locate my booking. The service in the restaurant is good. The food is nice. However, it was not a good experience when we went to check out. They still can't locate our booking and wanted to charge the room rate to me. I showed the staff about the hotel confirmation from Trip.com, and then they decided to take the room charges away. And, the time taken for checking out is too much. Won't return in the future.
