Kahvaltıda dikkat ettim zarar ziyan israf olacak ürünler konmamış bu duyarlılık için ayrıca kendi adıma kaynak tüketmedikleri için shreaton ailesine yine teşekkür ederim .her gün odamız tertemiz girdik .her ay birlikte olabilmek dileğiyle ...

Hilton Bomonti is a good hotel.Walking distance to Osmanbey metro station which is from where you can use the metro to go everywhere in Istanbul touristic areas.

Great clean hotel , perfect location for my travels , very very quiet even though it’s at the airport I don’t hear 1 single plane the whole 2 days I stayed!! . great food and variety. A/C cold in the nice room. TV has lots of channels and English speaking channels . Would stay again for sure

Service was good, the staff was cooperative and pleasant. Rooms were clean and reasonable size. Breakfast was good in terms of taste and variety. The building needs to be maintained from the outside, it was dusty with some glass windows broken from the outside. The lift while going up or down to and from 10th floor, had a sqeaky sound. When I opened the shower tap, brown water came out, after a minute the color was normal. My sleep was disturbed at night, as the room walls are really thin and I could hear my neighbors in the next room. It was noisy.

Despite the uphill location that you have to walk up to the hotel entrance, the people at the entrance are very friendly and welcoming in the check-in process. The breakfast was pretty good with the selection and the waffle machine which they make for your. The room size is a bit smaller than usual but modern facilities and furniture. We were surprised that the cleaner for the second day did not really do the bedding properly where it is not straitened out with untidy folds and the coffee packs and condiments area were not tidy. Luckily the third day cleaner was better but the coffee packs and condiments were still the same state. Other than the hotel operational side, the location is very center with easy walking distance to attractions and food markets.

In the huge basement, I met the parking guy, who warmly introduced me to the lobby and helped me park my car. The restaurant manager also helped me buy honeycomb. I give it a thumbs up and will stay here again next time!

Walking to the hotel via a steep and narrow street while competing for space with fast moving cars is not fun. Don’t understand why the employee entrance at the foot of the hill can not be used by hotel guests. For this reason this hotel sadly won’t be the best choice next time in Istanbul. Other than that a great hotel.

Akgun Hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve ever experienced—extremely clean and beautiful, with friendly, polite, and helpful staff. Whenever the slightest issue arose or we needed anything, they would come right away, assist us, and fulfill our request. The breakfast is very complete, varied, and excellent. I truly recommend this hotel to everyone to experience. Thanks to the excellent management and all the hardworking, courteous staff at Akgun Hotel.

This was my 3rd time in this hotel it has been outdated the beds need to be renewed They charged us 20 Canadian dollar just using the chips , they only leave 2 bottles of water, the TV remote was not working properly Hamum and spa was out of service indoor swimming pool was very cold outdoor swimming was closed Over all not a very good experience this time and I will change my stay to another alternative 20$ just for small box of chips
