The location of the premium room was very good. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. I know Tropical Islands very well; this was my 18th visit. Despite prior written confirmation that we could leave our luggage and sports bags at reception, this wasn't possible on site. Instead, we had to store our luggage in lockers until we could access our room – at a cost of €2.50 per day for a total of three days. Despite repeatedly pointing out that I had specifically asked, I was simply told that only ”large pieces of luggage” would be accepted. In the future, promises should be clearly stated, or the dimensions should be requested directly. As a regular guest, this makes me feel cheated.

Nice and clean basic hotel. Two stops from Berlin Airport. The Airport Express reduces the traveling time required to reach Berlin Central. Taking the S-bahn to airport and then Airport Express to Berlin Central is so much faster now than taking the S-bahn from Schönefeld to Berlin Central. Hence, the location of this hotel is actually quite good.

the location is perfect, super close to the airport. the reception from the hotel is not so knowledgeable, i asked one of the reception for housekeeping, i already put away the paper tag from the door, and the woman said i don't need to tell them, the housekeeping will automatically to clean the room without the private tag, but when i've got back to my room at around 5pm, my room still not clean yet, coz i'm leaving the day after then i don't bother to clean the room anymore!! then i need to ask the housekeeper to give me some clean towels by myself :( the most disappointment with the service was the dinner in Elise, the restaurant or bar from the hotel. we ordered two portions of plain rice with some prawns and grilled veggies, the first serving of the rice still hard and not properly cooked. i brought this to the attention of the staff and requested a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement was no better at all. This time, the rice was excessively overcooked , extremely mushy like Milch Reis, and unexpectedly salty. After already having complained once, receiving a second portion of such poor quality was particularly disappointed, but rice for a restaurant, i thought its a piece of cake for them, but God knows will be like this. i also have the question the basic quality control in the kitchen. Surely food should be checked before it is served to guests, particularly after a complaint has already been made. What concerned me even more was the way the matter was handled afterwards. Despite the fact the rice had been served incorrectly twice and that we had clearly raised the issue with the staff, both portions were still charged to our bill. Also i can see the face from the staffs were not so friendly at all, i'm not sure that their English is not so good or whatever reason, but this is an airport hotel and sit in a big city Berlin, i will assume the people working there should be understand English very well.

Warm service, great breakfast, although far from the city, there are 2 big supermarkets opposite the hotel, convenient shopping. The accommodation is clean and tidy, although it is an old-fashioned door key, but the sense of security is still enough.

This hotel is right next to Brandenburg Airport, with the bus stop conveniently located downstairs. It's a quick 2-minute walk from the bus station to the airport, and only 5 minutes to Terminals 1 and 2. Despite being so close to the airport, the soundproofing is excellent. It's very quiet at night once the windows are closed, and it didn't disturb my sleep at all. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. However, there were a couple of minor issues: the lid on the kettle was broken, and the sink drained very slowly. There's also some room for improvement regarding cleanliness.

As expected, this is a Best Western Premium Hotel. Despite its remote location from the airport and my business trip destination, I was satisfied with the hotel's facilities and service. However, it would have been even better if it had shuttle service between the hotel and the airport, but unfortunately, it wasn't.

Great value for a quick airport stay! The MOXY Berlin Airport is literally a 5-minute walk from the terminal – perfect for early flights or late arrivals. The vibe is young, fun, and modern with colorful decor, a cool bar/lounge area that’s open 24/7, and friendly staff who actually seem to enjoy their job. Rooms are compact (typical MOXY style) but super smart – comfy bed, powerful shower, fast Wi-Fi, big TV with casting options, and USB ports everywhere. Everything felt clean and new. Breakfast is decent for the price (continental style with good coffee), and they have grab-and-go options if you’re in a rush. Only small downside: the walls are a bit thin, so you might hear neighbors if it’s a loud night, but earplugs are provided (nice touch!). For the price (often under €90 even in high season), it’s honestly one of the best airport hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. Highly recommended if you want style, convenience, and don’t need a huge room. Will definitely come back

Apartment was very nice and tidy. It had so many nice amenities in the room and I loved the TV was able to face the bed! Check in and check out services was really easy and smooth, all digital. The hotel's location is a 5 to 20-minute walk from the bus stop (depending on which bus you took), with buses running every 30 minutes to berlin airport. It's approximately one hour from Berlin Central Station from the Berlin Airport. A key point to note is that the main entrance door locks after ~10 PM, and there is no night staff. We discovered this the hard way one evening and panicked. We later found out that you must use the hotel's website app (the same one used for check-in) to unlock the door. There is a ”front door” button in the app that triggers the lock. This was not immediately obvious, as we saw another traveler struggling with the same issue. I highly recommend setting up the app beforehand, as checking in late at night without it would be very difficult.

This is new hotel, conveniently located very close to the central train station in Potsdam. Take the exit to Friedrich-Engels-Straße, turn right and you already see the new nice looking building about 300 m away on the other side of the street ”Lange Brücke” (long bridge). The reception and breakfast area is on the first floor (Erdgeschoss), well lighted with large windows. Everything looks new, nice and neat. (No worries, no smell at all from construction materials or new furniture, also not in the corridors or in my room). The standard room I booked is small with minimalistic furniture, but I like it simple anyway. The tiles in the bathroom are real cool and nice looking, so is the carpet and color arrangement in the floors. The staff was friendly, but you need to be a bit patient, as several if them are new and still being trained on the software to check in. 😊 No doubt, next trip to Potsdam I will chose the same hotel.

This resort and spa complex is much larger than it first appears. It features a network of tunnels that seamlessly connect the different buildings. It is an excellent choice for anyone looking to walk in nature and unwind in a relaxing spa. Accommodations are spread across several distinct buildings; while I can't speak for the other rooms, mine was perfectly fine. They also serve a truly excellent breakfast. The location is incredibly secure, quiet, and completely free from city noise and pollution. I will definitely stay here again the next time I pass through the area.
