Spa was a disappointment and the therapist was in a rush so refused 90 mins to 60 mins that too was like rush rush.
Hotel is amazing am hoping maintains its service as warm as the reception staff was.
The location of this hotel is perfect, with a beautiful view of the vegetation and rice fields. The service is very good, and Hang (if I'm not mistaken) was wonderful at the reception.
Nice pool...
Unfortunately, I have a few design issues:
I stayed in the dormitory. It's located right above the restaurant, so it's very noisy from 7:00 a.m. until around 11:00 p.m. The bathroom sinks overlook the terrace, so any guest who looks up can see us brushing our teeth. Not to mention that the guest toilets are the same as the dormitory's, with a shower right next to it. Although I'm a simple person, I found it a bit annoying.
Finally, there was noisy construction going on, which further spoiled the atmosphere. So it's an ideal place as a hiking starting point, but not for enjoying a peaceful atmosphere, because it's not peaceful!

The exterior was very nice, but the room was average.
There was no place to wash clothes, which was a problem when staying multiple nights.
There was no conditioner as an amenity, so it would have been helpful if there was.
The breakfast buffet was delicious, but there were no spoons, so when I asked for some I was told they couldn't be brought because they had been washed, which was disappointing.
I felt that a first-class hotel in Vietnam should provide a little more training in terms of service, etc.
My experience with flamingo Hai Tien is really great. From the rooms to the service time, even the security guards are also welcoming. I must say that the hostess is really attentive. Extremely excited. Only the host 10 points. Room 10 points. Sea 10 points. View 10 points.
The whole family had a satisfying time with the 3-day, 2-night itinerary. The weather was nice, and the view from the villa was really nice. I think it would be a good resort getaway if you only spend time at the resort. (It may vary depending on the season, but May-October would be a good time). There were a lot of people at Samson Beach, but the resort has a private beach, so only hotel guests can use it. However, please note that it may be difficult to leave the resort.
It took about 2 hours and 30 minutes to drive from Hanoi (about 170km).
Breakfast... was a bit disappointing for a 5-star resort, but it was okay. Since we drove our own car, we went to a nearby restaurant in Taenghwa City (15km away) for lunch. There was no seafood buffet for dining, and it was a Vietnamese + Western style set (course) meal, but it seemed like people would have different opinions. By the way, you can have a light meal at the villa. You could use the microwave, pot, etc. to make cup ramen, Hetbahn, etc.
FLC Group's resort hotels have good facilities
As far as you can see, you can see the group's private beach, which has beautiful scenery and a large pool for use.
But on the day of check-in, there was no hot water in the bathroom at first. I asked the counter and someone came to deal with it. They explained that there were very few tourists in this season. Because the pipeline was very long, the water needed to be continuously drained to get hot water. The water was drained continuously for more than 30 minutes. The hot water is really coming. Still a little outrageous.

TThe good travelerThe hotel was okay for a short stay and had most of the basic amenities. They do not provide drinking water which would’ve been much appreciated.
The one thing that must be improved is the bed, it was very hard and extremely uncomfortable.
Otherwise the place is decent, there’s not much to complain about, you get your money’s worth.

GGuest UserGreat place in the heart of Pu Luong. I remember the care shown by the owners of the residence, homeliness, attention to detail, beautiful views from my window to the rice hills, delicious local cuisine, which I had not tried before. The residence has everything what I need to enjoy outdoor recreation with comfort. My time was very high quality and I will definitely come back here.
GGuest UserIt's nice resort but due to lack of customers, restaurant services not very good. Not many foreign tourist in this town. Don't expect many convenience you can find in bigger city. Unless you like more expensive seafood, not many choices nearby. Do get up early to see the fisherman coming back from sea.

AAnonymous UserThe room is spacious and clean. Check-in is fast, but the English and Chinese at the front desk need to be improved. It is convenient to go out to the supermarket for eating, drinking and shopping. The hotel facilities are complete. The lobby bar is beautiful, with rich drinks and coffee. The hotel breakfast is rich.
