The hotel is beautiful, with very spacious and nicely decorated rooms.The cleanliness isn’t quite four-star level, but it’s acceptable considering the price paid. The staff provides excellent service. The breakfast is impressively varied and has everything you could ask for: There’s noodle soup, green curry with rice noodles, stir-fried noodles with gravy, salads, an egg station, and even a small dim sum selection including steamed buns and dumplings

An amazing stay! Perfect for families and full of great facilities! We had a truly wonderful time at this hotel. Everything was above our expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The service was exceptional — staff were always friendly, helpful, and attentive to every little detail. The hotel is very family-friendly. There’s a fantastic water park that kept our kids entertained for hours, and a kids’ club packed with activities and toys. For the adults, the fitness center was impressive — well-equipped with a wide variety of machines and workout zones. Whether you’re into cardio, weight training, or yoga, it’s all here. Another huge plus is the location — just a short walk from a major shopping mall, restaurants, and public transportation. It was very convenient to get around the city. The hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped, with a peaceful garden and plenty of space to relax. We actually spent a lot of time just enjoying the hotel itself — it’s that nice! If you’re looking for a relaxing, fun, and well-equipped place for a family getaway, this hotel is a top choice. We will definitely come back again! I had a day's break in my stay. Upon checking in again, I was informed that my previous check-out hadn't been processed, which caused a slight delay. Despite that, it was just as good as my last visit. I was surprised to find they had a DJ playing at night. However, the excellent soundproofing meant the music didn't bother me at all, thanks to the sealed windows in the room.

A truly family-friendly hotel! The lazy river was incredibly fun; the kids absolutely loved it, going around countless times, especially the waterfall which was quite thrilling for them! We had breakfast on the 32nd floor, and the view was absolutely stunning! The breakfast selection was quite extensive, though it didn't vary much day to day, so it was pretty standard fare. Still, the food quality was good! Our hotel room was very spacious. Every morning, opening the curtains and letting the sunlight stream in felt so comfortable and wonderful! You should definitely try the hotel's french fries; the kids thought they were exceptionally delicious! So crispy and flavorful! Right outside the hotel is a 7-Eleven, and a McDonald's is just a short walk across the street in a small alley to the right – super convenient for kids who love McDonald's! It's also very close to Terminal 21 and the massage street, both within a 10-15 minute walk! My only minor complaint is about the wave pool. We might have missed it, or perhaps couldn't find the exact schedule for when the waves started. One particularly sunny afternoon, we waited in the wave pool for over an hour before it finally began, and we ended up getting sunburnt that evening. This was probably the only thing that left me dissatisfied. Of course, it could have been our own oversight, as we genuinely didn't see any posted times for the wave generation.

Of course, i wouldn’t expect anything than my previous mercure experience but still a little disappointed. For hotel condition, you can imagine these factors 1. Mercure standard 2. Water park which people walk in wet 3. Pet friendly 4. Light color carpet Looks a little dirty especially hallway. The elevator is under maintenance since July 18th and no sign for completion at the date of August 11th. This is a little inconvenient as 1 guest elevator is definitely not enough (full one will not stop and our family experience this a few times) The room on the other hand slightly better than the hallway. The front seems to be more useful than it usually is. I pay for extra bed and let them know that i will go to swimming pool. They said they would set the bed up ready when we are back and of course they did not. I went down pick up my delivery food the front ask me if i need the spoon. The request is at least half hour before the spoon sent to my room. Only two plus i would give are 1. considerably walkable to beach and shopping mall. 7-11 is in front of the hotel. 2. My children love the water park (it’s a bit smaller than it looks in the photo tho) All in all, if you are looking for an affordable room with ok location and fun water park for your children not perfectly brand new clean with not very much service this is the hotel for you.

The guidelines for the water park area were not specific and clear. I didn’t know there were lockers for storing my belongings or where I could get a towel. The breakfast was fair, although there was a lot of food and drinks. Fortunately, the front desk provided a higher room floor for me to remedy the total experience. Overall, there was a good experience during this stay

The room was neat and very cozy. We told the staff that the air conditioning doesn’t cold so they immediately transferred us to a new room. The amenities are good, we enjoy the pool. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast quiet good and has variety of options. We would like to book again in the future

I've stayed here several times and always had a great experience. The location is excellent, the service is consistently good, and the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. Highly recommended!

What I always like with Ozo North Pattaya is its proximity to terminal 21 and the Tiffany show! Also it’s just a 5 minute walk to the beach and from there on you can visit virtually anywhere with ease! The facilities are commendable especially their huge swimming pool and large dinning space for breakfast. The staff are very accommodating and helpful and what made my stay this time more enjoyable and memorable was that they gave me donuts for my birthday in my room! I wasn’t expecting for that! And yes this will always be my go to hotel whenever I visit Pattaya!
