The reception staff are relativaly new, not very much helpful or flexible, just doing their job which is a bit under expectation for one of the main hotels in the city.

It was a beautiful place, and the staff were also nice, and they were also surrounded by things that Ramadan felt beautiful and elegant.

The most premium hotel in Gizan, perfect location, views and staff. A little bit expensive but worth the money.

Overall, the hotel has a lot of character, but the facilities might be a bit outdated due to its age. Although they offer spa services, the masseuse wasn't actually available, which was quite disappointing. The internet in my room was very good, but my colleague's room had a pretty weak connection and kept disconnecting. However, when we told the front desk, they offered to change rooms for us, so the service was still good.

The location is good, the price is reasonable, and breakfast is varied, and there's flexibility at the exit date, but the place needs renovation.

I booked a royal studio based on the pictures on the Trip app, but unfortunately, it didn't look anything like the photos in reality. The room itself was clean, new, and in a great location. I appreciate the Trip app for compensating me with Trip Coins.
