We stayed at this hotel so we could be with my husband’s family, who booked 5 nights. Sadly, the service did not meet expectations. The staff were unfriendly, hot water was unreliable, and water pressure was very weak. The hotel is outdated, and while the location is good, the overall experience was disappointing. Food was average. There is no free airport shuttle; you must pay for arranged transport. We won’t be returning.

Location is near shopping malls, plaza and restaurants. Free airport shuttle was very organized and Driver Cris was an excellent driver. Hotel is small and no swimming pool. Breakfast buffet was unexpectedly delicious with different dishes every day.
