It is said to be the best hotel in the area, with large rooms and decent facilities. However, there is nothing to eat except fruits for breakfast, and the restaurant is even more disappointing. Considering that this is Africa, I haven't eaten anything good in other places in Kenya, so it's okay. At least it's safe and comfortable to stay.

Reception was neither aware of my booking nor of my payment. Manager needs to communicate. It took long time to figure out WiFi passwords. They should be available in the room or at the reception. Otherwise, my stay was good. The restaurant has a good menu and the food and service was always good. All staff friendly and helpful. All in all, good value for money. I will come again once in Kisumu.

My property is located at Milimani estate.. 5mins drive from CBD Its sorrounded by a very nice Gym and swimming pool like Royal City hotel which is two minutes walk.Good restourant like Ranalo foods, are two minutes drive.Shopping center like Tuskys,Java,KFC is three min drive.Airport is 6mins away.Dunga Hill camp,Kiboko Bay and Hippo Point are five mins driveThe spaceThe room is very spacious with good security.The sitting room has a nice six seater dinning,40inch smart Tv which can access netflix and Dstv installed channels.Faiba 4g wifi is available.The parking is very big and spacious enough to accomodate cars. The hotel is top notch and located in a serene area. The rooms were so comfy. The food was great, and the bar by the pool side was extraordinary with some awesome music. The waiters makes you feel special from the moment you enter the resort. They pick your luggage from you and escort you to the waiting area where your checkin is coordinated while you sipping some fresh juice.
