Great location, clean room, and very friendly staff. Entrance to the hotel is a bit odd as there is one escalator that sometimes goes up and sometimes goes down, but aside from that it’s great! Would stay there again.
The service is attentive, the food in the restaurant is delicious, the room is clean, and the outdoor hot spring pool can only be described as 👍. However, the location is relatively remote and it is inconvenient to take a taxi. Fortunately, the counter staff was very enthusiastic to help call a taxi, and it was included in the pocket list.
Playing ball to live, I didn't expect to be very pleasant, the dining is great, the room is good, the hot spring is very comfortable, the service is great. A bit far from the high-speed exit, but it does not affect, suitable for self-driving
An old hot spring hotel! Breakfast and dinner are really cost-effective! The food is delicious, from fish to small pots! Appetizer strawberry wine, hot tea and dessert after dinner! The hot spring is also quite good. We are the family of four adults with children. It is a very satisfying stay experience! I have lived in a lot of expensive places before, but it feels similar. Cost-effective leverage, praise!
The hotel has a history of 56 years. It is about 8 minutes' walk from Kinugawa Onsen Station. Once you enter the hotel lobby, it is full of Japanese style. The front desk service attitude is very friendly. Not only does it tell you the dinner time, but also how to use the hot spring♨️. The men and women hot spring ♨️ bathrooms are interchanged at the time, so you can't miss the time! Entering the room is a Japanese-style tatami room, with welcome desserts 🍮, and welcome paper cranes. Dinner is local kaiseki cuisine, which looks like a work of art! The hot spring ♨️ has indoor and outdoor open-air baths, as well as a sauna room! The breakfast is also very delicate and delicious. It is a satisfying hot spring trip!
This is my third stay. There is also a hot spring, I can live very comfortably. I want to use it again. Next time I want to use the heated swimming pool. I also saw a wonderful sunrise.

The hotel is very comfortable, the waiter's attitude is very good, the room is very good, but the Japanese restaurant experience is too bad, the waiter is seriously unfriendly to Chinese people, we 6 people spent 8,000 RMB dinner 🍾️ the product is not sorry for the charge, the service attitude is not friendly, Chinese people are friends all over the world, can you be more friendly
There are many families with children. One child is +3300 yen per night. Various items for children can be obtained from the front desk. The Japanese restaurant on the second floor tastes okay. There are various set meals. Overall, it is a good hotel.
