I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn't wait to share my experience. I highly recommend it! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel the thoughtfulness and care put into every detail. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. They even took the time to introduce the hotel facilities and recommend great local restaurants, which made me feel right at home. The room was clean, tidy, and elegantly decorated. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I enjoyed a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were of excellent quality, every detail showed genuine care. The view from the window was lovely, and opening the curtains in the morning to let the sunlight in was truly refreshing. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Western and Chinese, all fresh and delicious. The public areas were quiet and comfortable, perfect for both relaxing and getting work done. The location was also very convenient, easy access to transportation, shopping, and dining What impressed me most was the service. It was a hotel I booked in a hurry, but I rest well. It is definitely uncomfortable without a private vehicle, but I was able to travel well by running a shuttle bus three times a day. The driver is kind too. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hot springs were good. Originally, I didn't eat breakfast well, but the breakfast was delicious, so I ate it full for two days. ㅎㅎ Check-out is 10 am, but I was worried that the shuttle bus was 11 o'clock. Time is going soon!

I stayed here for one night. I was looking for a place to stay while visiting my parents, and I found this inn where my parents had their wedding, so I made a reservation. The spacious Japanese-Western room was immaculately cleaned and very comfortable. The front desk staff were all very kind. I stayed here with my husband, who is a foreigner, and they were very attentive to my husband's limited Japanese. The souvenir corner was also well-stocked, and as a native of Kumamoto, I was thrilled to find Kumamon merchandise (lol). I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit my parents again. It's going to get hotter from now on, so please take care of your health.

It's surprisingly upscale; for this price range, it's one of the most respectable hotels. It's within walking distance of Jojuen Garden, but I'd actually recommend the park below Jojuen Garden—it's free and a popular spot for Japanese people.
