I recently stayed at Hedon Spa & Hotel, and overall, my experience was positive, though there were a few bumps along the way. The check-in process was disappointing. The staff member who assisted me was surprisingly rude and didn’t seem very welcoming. I felt frustrated, as this was my first impression of the hotel. However, things quickly turned around when I checked out. The staff at check-out was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional, which really helped redeem my experience. Aside from the rocky check-in, the rest of my stay was very enjoyable. My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches, like quality toiletries and a well-stocked minibar. The hotel’s facilities were great too. I had the chance to enjoy the spa and bar, and everything was well-maintained and convenient. The breakfast offered a wide range of options, and I was pleased with the quality of the food. What really made a difference, aside from the great check-out experience, was the overall service. The staff in the restaurant and around the hotel were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The location was perfect—close to the central city and of course Sea Bay, which made it easy to explore the area. All in all, while my check-in experience wasn’t ideal, the rest of the stay made up for it. I would still recommend Hedon Spa & Hotel for its great amenities,

The hotel is located in a nice area near the sea - it is easy to get there by car, but you have to look for a packing plqace for the car. The room was níce and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the service is also very good. this is already the third time I have stayed there.

We are visiting this hotel since renovation and often choose as close to Riga spa weekend destination. Always enjoy spa facilities, take massage. This time went with baby and hotel services allowed enjoy also for baby swimming pool and with understanind restaurant with child corner. Rooms are confortable and staff has been taking care how and where stay with small baby. Really appriciate this& look forward for next visit.

We arrived before check in time but were able to check in to our room. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We had a city view room which was lovely especially with Christmas lights still up. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. We had our window open during the night because the room was a little too warm for us. The hotel is in a great location and we walked to the shops and to a nearby hotel for dinner. We also enjoyed a private sauna experience which is a must do in Parnu. The price was good but remember we were there in winter, it might be much more expensive in peak time. Definitely recommend.
