I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Cheraga and had a wonderful experience.
The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
The service was excellent, and the staff was consistently attentive and helpful.
I would like to give special recognition to Aziz and Noureddine, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Their friendliness and professionalism truly stood out. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Algiers.
The hotel environment is good, but the facilities in the room are old. The toilet water kept running in the first room, the faucet had no water, and the shower pipe was broken. It improved after changing rooms. I was trapped in the elevator twice during the period, and one of the elevators fell from the 7th floor to the 0th floor. After reporting to the front desk, the processing speed was slow, and the relevant service staff had a good attitude.
The hotel is about half an hour's drive from the city. But the hotel is good, located on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea, you can walk to the beach through the hotel lawn. The hotel facilities are very good and the service is good. recommend.
Lovely hotel masha Allah - standouts include both the reception staff as well as the restaurant staff who were exceptional with their attentive service.
Restaurant food at Le Grand Bleu was of high quality, we experienced a lovely dinner service and we made sure to thank the head chef who was very friendly as well as the waiters.
The two young male waiters were super friendly and professional, lovely to see. Breakfast service was very good too.
Only thing about the hotel that would have been nicer is if the private bathroom had a bath tub in the Executive/Privilege with sea view and a cooler room during summer months. Still highly recommend this hotel.
Room cleaning service needs to be reviewed, breakfast seemed very limited, orange juice and fruit quickly ran out, you constantly have to ask for refills! Tables are not cleared to allow other people coming down to find clean tables! A blatant lack of staff!
Very satisfied, the room, gym, restaurant and service are all very good. It is very close to the airport. You don't have to worry about wind or rain when walking on the overpass. It's only about a 5-minute walk, very convenient!
It's good, but this time the bed feels like the quilt cover is too old, and the air conditioner is also relatively old. Generally speaking, if the price is around 600, it's not bad, but sometimes the price changes to more than 800, which is relatively expensive.
I used it for transit. When I tried to request a bus shuttle service from the airport to the hotel on the day of the trip, I felt uneasy because the phone number listed on trip.com and the website could not be connected for about 9 hours. We recommend that you request it in advance.
There seems to be one train every hour to take us back to the airport, so they arranged it for us.
Other services were fine.
For breakfast, although there wasn't a lot of variety, there were several types of Algerian sweets that I enjoyed. The bread was also delicious.
Very nice hotel. Quite remote location but close to the highway. Very nice home. Very clean room.

NNor eddinUn très bel hôtel, un Acceuil très sympathique. Tout est très propre … il faudrait un petit effort sur le petit dej, meme si pour moi ça suffisait . Café croissants pains au chocolat pain ….
