Facilities: New facilities Hygiene: Clean and tidy indoors Environment: Satisfactory environment Service: I was sick when I arrived in Yichang, and the lady at the front desk was able to solve my problems in time when I checked in. I originally planned to play outside during the day, but because of my health, I basically spent time in the room. The hotel breakfast is very rich. Overall very satisfied.

Very new hotel under Holiday Inn brand, supposed to be a great hotel next to the airport, but operations killed this hotel. Hope they can solve all problems asap. Just opened in Mar 2025, but there were multiple basic problems. The biggest problem is their air-conditioning. Set at the absolute lowest 16oC with the biggest fan mode but the room does not cool down even after a few hours. The technicians came but didn't solve the problem. They mentioned they cannot do anything, and they are the only 2 technicians that day and they have been fixing curtain problems all day. Technicians came at 12+am. Spent the night with a stuffy room, sweating even with a t-shirt and short pants in Wuhan March weather. Customer service is not bothered to solve any problems for us. Secondly, the air contains smell from renovations, maybe toxic gas is still around, in the room. Seems like the hotel isn't bothered and rushed into the opening. Requested for air purifier. Hope that this will reduce toxic air breathed in. Lastly, their shower hose is leaking. Can refer to photos. All in all, multiple basic problems which are critical are present. Recommend everyone to stay somewhere else first. Maybe wait a few months before staying in this hotel, for your own safety and comfort.

The room was booked temporarily. The location is easy to find. Parking is convenient. It is convenient for eating and shopping. Wanda is on the left. Needless to say, the attitude of the waiter is very professional. The deluxe double bed was booked. The room is quite spacious. The water pressure in the shower room is very strong. Although the bathtub is not used, it looks relatively clean.

This hotel is always the safe choice for staying in Hankou. First, The staff is friendly, especially the front desk staff, one of them is Nico, who helped a lot before staying. I have stayed in this hotel for three times so far. furthermore, the facilities are maintained very well. Location is also a good beneficial point if you want to take taxi to anywhere in Hankou. The only thing could be improved for this time, the quality of the breakfast was not that good comparing to those before. That might be it in the temporary place.

Overall a good hotel with views, but location is not very good if you want to explore the city. Beds could be more comfortable. Swimming Pool not very cosy and people from houses nearby can look directly into the pool area of the hotel.

Location is near mrt but it's more of like in a local area so it's not VV near to all the tourist attractions. But it's very convenient to take ”Di Di” around. - this hotel has laundry service as well!! Just have to wechat the receptionist and they will send a robot to receive your laundry!! After that, someone will hang the clean and dry clothes at your door knob. They do it very quickly as well! We send our clothes at night and receive them in the morning! - shower room and toilet are quite clean! We didn't use the bathtub but it looks clean as well~ - love the huge space given, the price per night is very affordable so if yall like big and comfortable space can choose this type of room - it has a gym as well, but don't have heavy weights, only baby weights. Have benches and treadmills. - they also have a convenience store right beside the reception. - very small hotel, only has three levels but it has been a really comfortable stay!! - since it's in a local area, please walk around to try their local food!! Entered the hotel to an absolutely wonderful lobby. To the right was a terrific bar that also serves cake and hot beverages. Our room was on the top floor - the executive floor. This gave us access to their lounge which was a great addition. It gave us a place to relax when inside the hotel with some snacks and beverages. I also very much enjoyed the massage chair in my room!  Finally, well stocked buffet for breakfast. Options are limited for “western “ foods but plenty of other options. Great stay!!

I really like this hotel, one of the best if not the best in Shiyan, the staff is really kind and helpful all rhe time, the gym and pool are really good, the food is delicious, have all kind of food in the breakfast and in buffet.

The on-site restaurant served exceptional cuisine made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the attentive but unobtrusive staff, who catered to my every need. The hotel's central location also made it easy to explore the surrounding neighborhood's charming shops and landmarks.

I went back to my hometown during the Qingming Festival. I saw that the Hilton Garden Inn had just opened here, so I chose this hotel. It opened last year, and the hygiene and facilities are very good. The breakfast is also quite rich. Wanda is next to the hotel, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. It is also very close to Xiaogan East Station, which takes about 12 or 13 minutes to get there. When I checked in this time, the front desk lady helped us upgrade the room type very well. The whole stay experience was very good. I will stay here again next time I come back, and I hope it can be maintained.
