Extremely satisfied! The room was very spacious, perfect for friends to gather for tea and chats. Being on the 45th-55th floor, we had a fantastic night view. The room also included Executive Lounge access and breakfast, both of which were excellent and plentiful. A special shout-out to Joanna and the butler service; they were incredibly responsive to every request. We ordered a lot of takeout during our two-night stay, and the concierge staff went above and beyond to repeatedly help us retrieve it – truly amazing! As out-of-town visitors, this experience definitely added to our positive impression of Hefei.

The staff were extremely attentive; we received complimentary cookies upon check-in, and in the evening, a large platter of welcome fruit was delivered to our room, which was so generous we couldn't finish it all. The hotel breakfast was of excellent quality, with a wide variety of options, and the coffee was delicious. I would definitely consider staying here again. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted below 26 degrees Celsius, which was a bit uncomfortable for someone sensitive to heat.
