The lobby is filled with a faint fragrance of flowers, and the soft music is surrounded by flowing water, making people instantly forget the fatigue of the journey. The room layout is simple and elegant, the wooden furniture exudes a natural atmosphere, and every detail reveals the designer's intentions. Open the window, the breeze blows, bringing a touch of fresh air, and the mountains in the distance are looming in the clouds, like an ink painting. The bedding is soft like a cloud, making people sleep well. Breakfast is a feast of taste, exquisite dishes, fresh ingredients, every mouthful is full of happiness. Here, time seems to slow down, let people enjoy this tranquility and beauty.

Where do I begin? Me and my family is completely blown away by this gem of a hotell. The service, the food, the rooms, the views....everything is top notch! We stayed in a family suite, 3 adults, with our own little infinity pool at the balcony, with views of the stunning valley and river. The beds are comfortable, and the room had the latest technology that made everything even more comfortable! The butler service they provided via wechat was excellent. The hotsprings was also excellent. As I said, I'm blown away. All the good words I know in English, I want to write here. The road to the hotell was beautiful, with stunning views of Huangshan. I would even boldly say, that it's foolish NOT to visit this hotel. They have so much to offer! I could kick myself for not staying longer! It couldn't have been a more perfect spot to bring my family to for the first time to see gems of China. A big thank you to the wonderfull staff, and the owner of the hotell. Thank you!

This stay was so comfortable! The hotel is super conveniently located, a 7-minute walk from the snack street, and surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the noise-free nights were quiet, allowing for a wonderful night's sleep. Junjun's service was friendly and efficient, and the check-in was quick. He also offered tips for visiting the scenic spots. Every attention to detail was meticulous, with separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and no odor. It's an excellent value, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in this city!

The service is very good, the environment is nice, you can go to the old street when you go down, it is a very good characteristic hotel, I recommend it to everyone. Stay here to experience the characteristic architecture, snacks, and humanities of Huizhou Old Street, and experience it slowly.

My visit to Hefei was exclusively to catch the special exhibition at the Anhui Museum on its final day. Therefore, staying at the Hefei Parkview Hotel, situated just a street away from the museum, was the ideal choice. Prior to my arrival, the hotel proactively called to inquire about my specific needs. Upon check-in, my 38th-floor room offered stunning sunset views – a fantastic bonus! The hotel boasts elegant design and a rich artistic ambiance, with the classical music playing throughout being perfectly to my taste. As one of Hefei's highly-rated hotels, its facilities, cleanliness, overall environment, and service all genuinely lived up to its reputation, and it offered excellent value for money. All in all, I'll definitely be back.

The location is superb, offering incredibly easy access for ascending and descending the mountain. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, and surprisingly, I found the food prices comparable to, if not better than, those in Tangkou Town. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, truly meeting hotel standards. The window offered an interesting view of the path where tourists descend the mountain. A crucial tip: either arrive at the bus station by 6 AM or wait until after 10 AM. For those staying on the mountain, even heading up around noon is perfectly fine. We made the mistake of arriving at 7 AM and endured a two-hour queue – it was hot, crowded, and we were almost at our breaking point before even starting our ascent. Thankfully, the rest of the trip went smoothly, and we were rewarded with stunning sunset and sunrise views. That initial discomfort was absolutely worth it in the end. My strongest recommendation is to absolutely stay overnight on the mountain. This allows you to truly appreciate Huangshan before 9 AM and after 5 PM, when the large crowds of day-trippers have departed.

All fine with this hotel as it was last time. The breakfast is a bit poor, but positive : this time the coffee machines worked. Nice staff.

I booked a room in advance when I came to Xiangyang on a business trip. The front desk staff was not bad. I upgraded the room type for free. The room facilities were complete, quiet and tidy and comfortable. It was surrounded by Wanda Plaza. It was more convenient for travel and shopping. A good stay experience. The hotel service is so nice. The room condition is also good. But, internet access (WIFI) is very low. The historic places and big shopping mall (Wanda Plaza) are convieniently located nearby.

This was our first time staying at an IHG property and boy were we impressed! The check in staff gave us a surprise room upgrade and a cake for my birthday staycation. The corner room #1501, with a 180 degree view of the Swan Lake, have birthday signages by the headboard and on the tv, a birthday song playing on loop, and amusing swan towels on the bed. Nice and thoughtful touches! The Club Intercontinental lounge provided a generous selection of afternoon tea snacks and light dinner spread. However, we gave a low grade on the drinks selection, the wine and liquor choices were fairly limited. But the lovely staff made up for it with their excellent and attentive service. I had a relaxing massage at the Yixi Spa, but take note that the pricing is on the high side. The indoor pool was nice and clean, manned by an attentive lifeguard. Breakfast variety was pretty good, delicately balanced between local fares and Western comfort food. It was a wonderful birthday weekend from start to finish, definitely coming back here for another stay! 🌟
