The hotel is amazing. My husband and I went to Jiuhua Mountain to fulfill our vows. We rested at Hilton. I didn't expect to find such a comfortable hotel in Xuancheng. The service staff are very accommodating. I will definitely come again next time.

Good location, convenient transportation, good service, timely arrival, good environment, clean and hygienic. The only drawback is the toilet, which needs to be flushed all the time to flush cleanly, and the wardrobe door squeaks when opening and closing, but it's not a big deal, so I give it five points. I would like to especially mention that the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and body lotion smell very good and are very easy to use. The bath towels, slippers, and water cups are all very good. The shower head is easy to use, and the swimming pool and gym are also very good.

Very pleasant experience overall. The room was very clean and had a lot of free gifts that are generally paid for elsewhere. Breakfast was a little sparse but had the usual noodle bar and just enough variety. The only thing lacking was decent coffee. Special mention to the guy manning the reception desk who was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely consider staying here again.

In the winter, the air conditioning in the room is very powerful and very warm. The breakfast is on the rooftop, with a wide view and rich and exquisite food. The service is especially good, and the lobby on the first floor is suitable for chatting with friends and drinking tea. I will choose Atour again next time. Notably, the service rendered by Hong Baolian (洪宝莲）at the Customer Service Center is marked by its warmth and dedication. She adeptly attends to the requests of guests and readily extends her assistance. I am inclined to offer her my commendation. 👏 When I embark on my future business trips to Hefei, I will opt for this hotel once more！😊

The hotel is located in the new city of Chuzhou. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding has no peculiar smell. The surrounding food is decent. I especially recommend Chuweixuan, which is outside the hotel. The food is of good quality, has local characteristics and is frequented by locals. The hotel's facilities and equipment are a bit old, but it is well maintained and worth a thumbs up and recommendation! The breakfast has a rich variety of Chinese and Western food, and the buffet dinner is also worth a try. Less than 1 km from the hotel is Wuyue Plaza, where you can eat, drink and have fun. We recommend the Old Street Restaurant on the 4th floor of Wuyue Plaza, so go early as it is full of locals.

The location is incredibly convenient, with a variety of resources available around the area for all budgets, making it an ideal choice for any traveler. The exterior environment is stunning, surrounded by natural beauty and offering fresh, invigorating air. Inside, the hotel is spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, the beds are remarkably comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and warm. Special thanks to Jenny and Yanyan Zhang at the front desk, whose friendly and enthusiastic greeting refreshed my tiredness from the 10+hours flight , They kindly upgraded my room and patiently assisted with connecting to the Wi-Fi and proactively registering the vehicle number plate which made my check-in process smooth and effortless. Additionally, they facilitated a companion registration for my relative and offered an extra delightful happy hour. Parker Zhang from the executive lounge was exceptionally helpful, providing valuable tips on local services and transportation, ensuring I had all the information I needed and he is very approachable. ( I did not had my breakfast in the hotel as I was keen to explore more street and local foods outside , however I love their desserts from the welcome fruit platter and the happy, it definitely made with high quality ingredients,the freshest cream and does not taste too sweet (less guilty:) This stay made my first trip back home in five years wonderfully smooth and comfortable. I am truly grateful for the exceptional service and warm hospitality. Thank you for your hospitality making my visit so memorable and I cannot wait to stay with you again :)
