Amazing big room, very well located in Santiago downtown. Very smooth check in and even allowed to enter in the room at 10:30 am. Breakfast is quite sorted of options and very delicious . I haven’t used the swimming pool because the water was too cold. Excellent option for three days in Santiago. Welcome drinks were an extra amazing thing.

It feels good. The room is relatively large and the facilities are quite complete. There are no disposable slippers. I called the front desk and they provided them. Of course, you have to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The standard Hilton DoubleTree cookies when checking in are delicious! There is also a large shopping mall near the hotel. The area is new, safe and modern. No need to worry about safety issues. The breakfast is relatively simple compared to domestic ones, but later I changed to the W Hotel, which costs 3,000 per night, and found that it was much worse than the Hilton breakfast.

We loved the modern style bathroom, it was perfect. The bed was amazing and we loved our view of the city and mountains from the 9th floor of this building. The location was great for visit both the historic part of town and the modern area around los leones. We also loved going for late night drinks and food in the local bar in italian neighbourhood

The scenery is particularly good and the location is also very good. There is a supermarket and park downstairs, and the shopping district is a 5-10 minute walk away. The breakfast is rich and the service attitude is also super good. Great~

The location is very good. There are subway stations and many cafes and restaurants nearby. The interior of the house is clean and bright, with complete facilities. It is very comfortable to live! Highly recommend to others to stay! The picture shows food from nearby restaurants🥰

Good quality hotel for a short stay in the Providencia district, near all main attractions and shopping venues. From the higher floors there is a good view on the city and the sunset. On the points to be aware of: the air conditioning system in the room is located near the bed and this makes sleeping not very comfortable. Also I would not rely on the reception calling taxi for you - in our case their partner company announced a 45 minute waiting time in the morning right before our flight.

Staying here for Just a day after arriving from Punta Arenas before we head up to Manchu Picchu . To many homeless staying around the property and after hours , the hotel will need to lock their gates . Regards
