The stay was overall OK. The reception was friendly and I was well introduced. The signature Thai massage in the spa was a real highlight – very professional and relaxing. The sauna area was very small and too dark. In the whirlpool area, the design was attractive, but the strong chlorine smell was unpleasant. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean – one of the cleanest hotels I've experienced so far. However, the furniture was obsolete and the water in the bathroom was only badly flowing. A total average stay with light and shadow.

A luxury hotel with an ancient style, good maintenance in a public area, we stayed in the ancient building, a clean room but furniture needs updating. Breakfast is a wonderful meal but without vegetables, very limited for such a luxury hotel, the staff is great, we had dinner not so special for the prices.

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain now, very private. The service of the hotel is very good, it is European butler service. A smart car is also provided, which can be used for free in Switzerland. A great experience~k

The apartment-style kitchen does not come with any usable kitchen utensils. You need to borrow it from the hotel for an additional fee and you cannot swipe your card. You have to pay cash in Swiss francs. If you take transportation, you need to walk up a small slope every time you enter and exit. The breakfast is good and delicious, and the service staff is very nice. Great

Check-in and check-out friendly, very fast and uncomplicated. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and large enough. Big balcony with table, chairs and bedroom. Coffee machines with ingredients, water cookers and two fake water in the room. The location is quite central and directly on the lake. In 5-10 minutes you are in the centre of Locarno. The friendliness of the staff is generally OK. The pool is beautifully integrated in the garden, but the pool is something unclean, milk and not clear. In the whole, however, a good hotel.

I really like this hotel~~~~ Dinner is very good, breakfast is free, better than a lot of five stars ~~~~ I ordered a glass of whisky to send more snacks! Open the window is the Alps

If you are booking a luxury hotel in Lugano, there is no other option for me. While it’s not right in the middle of the City, it’s in a nice and quiet area and the 10-15 minute walk to the city is great for settling the stomach after eating to much pizza. The grounds are simply stunning, the views are amazing, the breakfast buffet is not amazing but very good (Although the woman who seat you could smile a bit more, all the other staff at breakfast are great). The private Lido is awesome. I will never stay at another hotel in Lugano for our annual summer trip, it has won my loyalty for life.

The accommodation is top notch in all areas. The only thing that irritated us a little at the beginning was the unattended reception. But the online check-in worked really well. We were able to get into our room at 2 p.m. instead of 3 p.m. As we wanted separate beds and these were only available in the higher category, we were simply ”upgraded”, simply top notch. The extra bed for our 5-year-old daughter was also super comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and the daily cleaning was great. We are and were simply delighted. We will definitely be back. The reception was very pleasant. The room was top, clean and in a very well maintained condition. The restaurant was noble, beautifully furnished and with a very nice and previous service. A small criticism was that there was not so much menu choice. Maybe it was not so much that was corresponding to my taste. However, there was nothing to expose to quality and quantity. The spa area looked very beautifully decorated, with a decent selection of treatments. I can only recommend this hotel.

Just by the lake, the location is very good, the scenery is beautiful, the western breakfast is quite rich, the restaurant is on the 2nd floor, the large floor-to-ceiling glass window is the lake view, watching the beautiful scenery leisurely eating breakfast is very pleasant, no parking lot, across the road There is a parking space, free after 7 pm, one hour after 7:00, only one coin, only coin.
