I had an amazing stay at Zleep Lausanne. The check in process was efficient and went smoothly. The rooms were clean , the beds were comfy too. The only think that they should improve is the breakfast. There is no much option for breakfast(just bread , cold cuts and coffee) and everyday it’s the same.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in Switzerland. Hotel staff was super friendly and upgraded our room for free. She also briefed us about the free transport card provided by the hotel and showed us where we could go in Geneva. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is right opposite to the Geneva train station. The room is big and comfy, despite being a bit old.

Location next to the train station is perfect for travelers. A very teutonic style hotel but the regular room is spacious. The bathroom us very clean and is large enough to be comfortable. Good value with simple, minimum breakfast with a view on the 8th floor. The lower floor rooms have no open view. Some as on 2nd floor has a level view on train platforms. Room has space for luggage and has a safe deposit box. The cons are a very small LCD TV with unstable signal, a soft but thin bed mattress, and almost no amenities for the bathroom. Service is fine. Attitude is a bit cold.. A small story for thus hotel, Hergé, the father of Tintin and Milou, stayed at the hotel during 1956.

Great front desk staff with great attitudes. The hotel room itself is spacious, clean, and modern! The hotel is also very near a tram and a bus station too making it easy to travel to both the city and the airport. They also offer citypasses that allow for free travel within Geneva! Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would book again if I ever visit Geneva.

Fantastic accessible location, super convenient to travel to anywhere in Geneva or by train to other cities as it’s just behind main train station. decent size room for 1 pax and reasonably priced Hotel give free Geneva travel pass

Room was super clean! Hotel was so pretty, they even have a microwave in the room, a coffee machine & a seperate sink for water. Its near to the airport, like not even 5 minutes. Haha. They do have shuttle van to the airport so if you book them, you dont have to worry about your transportation from Geneva Airport to the hotel! Will definitely recommend. 😀

Great hotel very close to train station, staff are lovely especially Joao the concierge gentleman. Rooms are clean and spacious and comfortable with fridge and spotlessly clean facilities plus kettle. Right next door to Lidl super market so very handy, close to buses to travel to chamonix etc and very short walk to Geneva lake. Wonderful

The room is 15 square meters. It is indeed not very spacious after putting down a large bed, but the basic facilities are available and relatively easy to use. But it is not very ”friendly” to Chinese people, because there is no kettle or any glass cups in the room. I had to borrow a kettle from a local colleague to drink hot water and tea. In recent years, many hotels in Europe have provided kettles. This is the first hotel I have encountered that does not provide kettles. It is recommended to provide them for the convenience of Chinese tourists. The quality of breakfast is pretty good, a typical white restaurant, with cold milk soaked in cereal (many kinds), hot eggs and sausages (salty), bread (variety), cheese (several kinds), fruits (usually bananas, etc.) every day Oranges and green apples. I ate strawberries on the last day (although they weren’t very tasty). I was full but a bit tired after eating them for more than ten days in a row. It is recommended that I try something different every day. In addition, there are no vegetables at all, including European hotels. Served tomato slices and cucumber slices. The hotel waiters are quite enthusiastic and will say hello every morning when they meet at breakfast. However, the professionalism of the people at the front desk is worrisome: On the day of check-in, I arrived at the room and took out my luggage. However, a gentleman said that the room was wrong and that the floor needed to be cleaned and that I needed to be moved to the 6th floor. I was a little confused. I was angry, but later I cooperated with the move. I felt that it was due to the lack of seriousness of their front desk staff. The night before check-out, I went to the front desk to ask if there were any procedures because I applied for an hour late check-out, and a black guy was on the computer. After some operations, it was confirmed that no other procedures were required. As a result, I returned to the hotel at 12:30 that day to go upstairs to pick up my luggage. I found that I couldn't get on the elevator at all, so I had to go to the front desk. The gentleman who asked me to change rooms on the day of check-in handled it skillfully. Then I could take the elevator back to my room normally. I think this is also the standard practice for late check-out in China. I wonder if the black guy took the job after training. On the day I checked in, I applied for a public transportation card in Geneva, but the white man asked his colleague to open a written card for me. I was surprised because the city of Geneva changed it to an electronic card a year ago. I don’t know why he still has it. I was able to open and write cards. After struggling for a while, I decided to change it to an electronic card. I asked for my email address and received it quickly. But it always makes me feel that their business is unskilled and brings some unnecessary trouble to the guests. In addition, this hotel is very close to the train station, a 3-minute walk away, and almost a 3-minute walk to the lake. The location is convenient. There are many restaurants downstairs next to it, which is convenient for eating. The street is noisy at night, but the sound insulation effect of the glass in the room is good. Once the window is closed, you can basically not hear the noise outside. There are several night clubs around, which are said to be the best in Wa City. The neighborhood feels different from the hotel I stayed in before.

Excellent location, right opposite to Geneva station. Allow early checkin, very nice services from staff. Room is clean and new. Great washroom setup and accessories. Suitable for business travellers too, will definitely book again next time.

Good location near the airport, public transport and coop supermarket within walking distance. Free shuttle bus service every 20min to/fro airport. Amenities wise and breakfast are no frills and simple. Staff is helpful and contactable via the trip.com call function - which is very helpful.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport and has a shuttle bus. A free bus card will be given during your stay. It is also very convenient to take bus No. 10 to the city. There are large shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, which makes life convenient. The room is very beautiful and warm. The hotel front desk guy can speak Chinese, is kind and friendly, very good 👍👍👍

The curtains have been broken for a long time, I wanted to change the room, but told me that the other room was the same. Other than that, it's pretty good

Very satisfied. From the moment I got off the plane and called to find a car, they carefully solved my problem and contacted the driver to wait for me. After I arrived, they were also very polite and had a good sense of service. The hotel is very clean. What I like most is the breakfast, which has many choices, is delicious and fresh, and costs 150 per serving. The same price is better than many European countries, but the sauna is a little small and is shared by men and women, so I didn't go in the end

The hotel is very close to the airport and there is a shuttle bus to and from the airport. However, dining is very limited. There are only a few waiters in the Western restaurant. Although there are many seats, it still cannot accommodate guests without reservations. The other one has Japanese food, but the standard cannot be called a 4-star hotel. I hope the hotel can improve more.

The hotel is quite near to the airport and they provide free shuttle to the airport. However, it would be better if they could start the shuttle service earlier in the morning (e.g. 4:30 am for those who have a 6am flight)

The environment is very good. The rooms are large and clean. Alpine drinking water is provided on even-numbered floors. The front desk service is very patient. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport every 20 minutes. It is quite convenient.

The room is big and clean The hotel lobby has a hollow design, and the room faces the lobby but it is not noisy at all (the Swiss door and window system is really good!), but it is very reassuring (what happens outside the door can be seen in the lobby), and girls will not feel uneasy if they stay alone. On the one hand The room can see the snow-capped mountains. There is a male waiter at the front desk who is really nice. The other waiters are also very nice~ Breakfast is a standard western breakfast, okay but! All nearby hotels provide standard airport shuttles. Only the Mercure requires a reservation, which is a little troublesome.

I temporarily planned to stay in Geneva for one more day, but the original hotel price skyrocketed to 2k+, so I chose this hotel. The transportation is quite convenient, you need to walk to the bus to the train station. The room is also large and the layout of facilities is the same as novo tradition. All the staff were nice except for one female at the front desk. . I probably just look down on the Chinese a little bit, my attitude is pretty d i a o 😕 but it doesn’t matter. Our child is a bit feverish and wants to rest for a while before leaving. I asked the two girls at the front desk for free late check-out until 2pm, thank you. If compared to the Geneva Hotel, I would personally recommend another hotel on Zurich Road. The facilities are good, the transportation is convenient, and you can walk to Lake Geneva to feed the birds.

Clean, modern, comfortable. A little further away from town but there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel which makes it very convenient to go anywhere. Big supermarket next door which you can get to via the underground carpark so you don't need to get wet if it rains. Microwave,stove, kettle, capsule coffee machine (also free coffee and chocolate downstairs). Got everything you need. The only problem is the shower doesn't have a door or anything to keep the water from flying out all over the bathroom floor. A small problem considering everything else is excellent.

The front desk is right at the entrance. Check-in is very fast and there is also fast check-out. Parking is not free and costs more than 20 yuan. There are baby cots, which are also suitable for families who need to cook. The tableware and stoves are all new, and there is a washing machine with matching detergent and dishwashing cubes. As for the location, we drove by ourselves, so it was not far from the city attractions.
