Hotel no problem service are nice breakfast fascinating.But still a bad experience of my travel cuz the most terrible air conditioner ive ever seen in the big hotel.really big noise and can't control the temperature no matter the number on the conditioner always the same temperature made me can't sleep during the whole night.Bad experience......

Other: - Some rooms still had a noticeable smell of paint or renovation (I thought that after years of preparation, this wouldn't be a problem). For those sensitive to odors, it's recommended to communicate this before check-in; - Due to the relatively high price of the lobby bar, it's suggested that some self-service tea and snacks be provided in the public area to add a touch of resort-style social interaction; - The handheld iron in the wardrobe is convenient. How do I put this? It's a five-star review. The environment is a bit older, I guess. Room service was decent, but the restaurant service wasn't great – they seemed to treat guests differently depending on who they were. They also charged extra for children, but there wasn't any matching service for that. I asked about it as soon as we arrived, and there weren't any discounts either. Plus, when booking online, there were no packages that included children. The room itself was quite spacious. As for cleanliness, I can only say it was okay. On the first day, the sheets on one bed were torn, but after we reported it, they changed them the next day.

The hotel environment was superb! 👍🏻 Getting up early to climb the city wall and see the swirling mist was like stepping into a fairyland. The air was fresh, the hot spring water smooth, and the night view even more beautiful! Dinner was delicious, and breakfast was plentiful! Everyone is planning to come back! The manager, Xiao Wang, and my husband hit it off immediately, and he even gave us souvenir coins!

You absolutely have to experience Datong's most beautiful hotel. And indeed, it lived up to expectations, incredibly photogenic. Two Wyndham hotels share one building. To check in, head to Feng Lin Ge, where there's a giant pink diamond in front of the reception. That's where the scenic photo ops begin – every step is a new, fantastic photo opportunity. The room was very comfortable, a stark contrast to the nightclub vibe of the public areas. Checking in also came with a great 100-60 voucher for Feng Lin Ge downstairs. The TV showed the menu and breakfast information, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast in the basement was pure Datong-style Dubai luxury. The dishes were comparable to what you'd find at weekend buffets in other hotels, featuring specialties from Feng Lin Ge, as well as steak and seafood. The best part was the array of beauty and wellness teas. After eating, you could easily spend a whole morning just taking pictures. The only downsides are the lack of a gym and a swimming pool. Getting to the ancient city requires a taxi, but thankfully, nothing is too far in Datong. It offers excellent value for money in winter.

We spent out last night of our trip at Kempinski Taiyuan, and it did not disappoint. The receptionist upgraded up to a room on a high floor with a view of the city. They also gave us fresh fruits and free minibar. They had everything you would expect of a five star hotel, and the location is in a bustling part of the city. Would definitely come back.

Hygiene: Excellent. All towels, bath towels, and bathrobes come in sealed bags, which made me feel very secure using them. Facilities: Excellent. Although it's an older hotel, the showerheads show their age but are very well-maintained and work perfectly. Environment: The location is great. The room card gives access to a small gate leading to Yingze Lake Park. It's a nice two to three-kilometer loop for a leisurely stroll. Service: Excellent. They offered complimentary welcome fruits, and you just scan a QR code to request more amenities. There's also a delivery robot that brings food right to your door, all very convenient. Suggestion: I hope they can switch from instant Nestlé coffee to pour-over coffee bags. Instant coffee feels too low-end and doesn't match the hotel's overall quality.

I was completely satisfied from check-in to check-out. I was very detail-conscious and couldn't find any faults. The housekeepers were super enthusiastic and prepared a detailed check-in guide. They also provide free parking, which is worry-free and considerate. The location is also very convenient, quiet but not remote. From toiletries to small decorations, you can feel the care. The price-performance ratio is super high! I will definitely choose this place next time I come, and I strongly recommend it to my friends~
