Hands down, this is a very lovely hotel and is the most glittering gem in Zürich The place is….. - located in a vantage point that is close to everything - nice and comfortable that puts it on the pedestal in the same league; - squeaky clean and spick and span; - very comfortable bed that you are mollycoddled, from the very first moment you hit the sack; - quiet and reclusive, and conveniences are a stone's throw away; - Facilities just as described Simply the best accommodation!

I am truly grateful for the staff's consideration in accommodating my late check-in. The breakfast was also very delicious. Although the hotel is close to the airport, there is some noise from planes, but compared to other international airports, it is relatively quiet and the frequency of noise is low. I also appreciate the beverage service provided.

Excellent value for money. The light rail station is conveniently located nearby, just a three-minute shortcut walk away, and Line 4 offers easy access to many attractions in the city center. While the modern decor appeals to younger guests, it might not be ideal for the elderly or young children. In both rooms, guests were unfortunately bumped by the protruding bed corners, and the sharp edges of the mini-fridge cabinet door when opened are quite hazardous. These small design flaws could easily lead to injuries.

Have the worst impression of this hotel. First it was overpriced but we still came for comfort . We were announced to pay 45 Franks for dog then extra 35 for parking and it seemed very greedy for the hotel. Bed wasn’t a ready for child so had to wait and wait. Amenities very basic and minimal. Felt disguised even to take pictures at hotel. Would never come again for this money and service !

A standard chain hotel with rich breakfast, in line with the usual standards of Holliday Inn, warm service, large enough room, clean and tidy linens, moderately soft and hard beds, no odor in the bathroom, although the room has been renovated for a long time, the facilities are well maintained and the comfort is good. I stayed in this hotel in 2011. Although it is a bit far from the city, the surrounding facilities are very modern. There is a main road in front of the door, which feels like living in a development zone. When I stayed this time, the road was being repaired in front of the hotel, and the surrounding environment felt rather shabby, like living in a construction site dormitory. There is bus No. 11, which can go directly to the city center 200m away from the hotel. The journey takes about 30 minutes. You can buy a day ticket for Zone 1 on the machine at the bus station (the round-trip fare is the same as the day ticket), and you can get a bus map at the front desk, which is convenient for travel. The hotel parking fee is CHF24/day, probably because the hotel occupancy rate is not very high, there are many empty parking spaces, and parking is very convenient.

Information about late check-in was sent in advance by email. Everything was described very well. Rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast was booked at short notice at reception. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was served in a small breakfast room. I would book it again and again. free parking I would love to come back

A great choice for an overnight stay in Zurich! Just one tram stop from Zurich main station. The hotel offers complimentary still or sparkling water in the lobby, and a kettle is available for hot water. The room design is quite creative, with a curtain separating the bathroom and sleeping area. As is common with many European hotels, there was no air conditioning during our stay

Really good modern hotel with spacious rooms. I recommend for the people that decide for this hotel to arrive by car, as it is a bit more remote, the valet parking takes care of the rest. Fantastic restaurant on the 4th floor, in case you don’t want to travel into the city, over all a 5/5 experience!

The service attitude of the hotel is very good. The lady and aunt at the front desk are very nice. The room is large and the bathroom is separated. It has a very cool Swiss style. It is very close to the city center and also very close to the central station. It is right in the middle. It is very good.
